I had the egg and bacon croissant sandwich in what some reusable cups from the front counter which they ended up blessing me with a refillable coffee mug since I no longer have one and a full cup of coffee which I thought was just awesome way to start my morning after dealing with the puppy all night long and short they just made my day I'm ready to go bang some steel because of it anybody want a good cup of coffee a great breakfast come to the dunkin' donuts on University the corner of looks like priest right thank you

I know they don't make their donuts anymore but I don't even think they bake the frozen ones. I think they have a Play-Doh donut factory. add about 10 kids behind the counter and still forgot a portion of my order. go to a small independent or one that rhymes with Sosa.

Greeted upon arrival. Service was fast. Environment was clean. The iced cold brew tasted good! -1 star for being cheap on the schmear on my bagel.
We order hot brew coffee, but the coffee was super cold. Seems like it’s been brewed since morning and the time we went was 4 o’clock donuts were OK but the coffee was super cold. I ordered hot coffee, but end up drinking cold coffee. Not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Ran into my local dunkin last Friday around 1030 to try new holiday drink and get a breakfast. I was extremely disappointed by my experience with customer service. I waited for over 10 minutes for my sandwhich and when I asked the blond girl, she rudely told me to wait in which I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. This ultimately made me late for work. Needless to say that I will no longer be running on this particular dunkin location.

Normally I have a good experience but today was pretty bad, I ordered my drink at 7:30 and waited to see the pumpkin spice latte with whip and drizzle come out but it never did, at 7:43 they finally asked what my order was and I gave them my name and order number they presented me with this drink. I was very disappointed and late so I didn’t have time to even correct them. And I wasted my cupon on a drink I didn’t order. Not sure where the confusion happened but they labeled it pumpkin latte I received some sort or vanilla iced coffee :(

Small and only a couple of indoor seats, but the service was so friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back. They had a good selection of donuts for being in the afternoon. My order was pretty simple, but while I was eating there were a couple of customers with questions and more complicated orders. The staff was friendly and patient with the questions which I found refreshing. The bacon, donut, and cold brew coffee were good and fresh tasting.
