The manager is so nasty to customers. Will talk crap about them on headset while they are ordering. She’s also very condescending and passive aggressive with the team. Shaq is very unprofessional. If she feels the slightest bit of disrespected it will be up to her for you to have a terrible experience.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be served burnt food asked for a refund and the employee said sure. Then some lady comes into the window slams her hands down and says give me the food back. I said that wasn’t part of the agreement. This lady argued with me and threatened to call the cops on me for simply complaining about the food. “Unique” will be reported to hr!

The older lady working there who wears a gold chocker necklace is always high on something. She's very slow and almost falls asleep... I don't understand how she still has a job. She is also working with younger kids who seem to nervous to say anything. Unacceptable

Experience terrible service today during placing my order being rudely interrupted she couldn't get my order correct especially with my ice coffee saying to me we don't make the COFFEE I was requesting and I said how funny is that when I ordered it yesterday with no issues. Then I purchased a glass for $25 and I kindly asked for a bag and again her response is we have no bags ,I wasn't asking her or it to be gift wrapped i just wanted a bag. I know we all have BAD DAYS but leave it at home. I just want to know whens a good time to go when Customer Service can be friendly. Rudeness is Ugly Also during my wait there were to employees arguing about where was all the Turkey Sausage it's was a bickering issue like a soap opera and it was a manager attacking .SMH.

He didn’t even bothered to tell me if my card went through. If they don’t show any customer appreciation why would they stay serving in the most busiest food franchise.

Was given the wrong order twice after confirming at the drive through AND window, then went inside to get my correct drink. Person at the register didn’t say anything to me and just stood there. Eventually the manager came up and handled it. Just absolutely no customer service & professionalism. They’re not checking the label on the drink before they give it to you so make sure to double check it’s yours.
This Dunkin’ Donuts has no customer service at all what’s so ever. I tried to get my coffee fixed and they just see me standing there and didn’t offer to help me. Then the manager is always on her phone and constantly watching videos and stuff. She also yells at her employees and the employees take off of her energy. They are very rude there and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I pull up to the drive thru and they say what can I get you then they say "don't have any" they interrupt you and we pull up they give you the stuff and close the window. So rude don't come to this location. I came here twice to give them another chance but nothing has changed. Never coming here again.

He said it would be 10min before we were served. We all just walked out. Me after ordering. Try again....some other time

I have been a customer at this location since they opened. The service was top notch. Now the servers are rude and dismissive and the place is filthy. This includes the machines right up front. The floors are gross. I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. I'm taking my business to another location because I love dunkin coffee.
