The African-American woman is extremely rude. Obviously I couldn’t hear what she had said through the speaker because we’re human we all make mistakes of course I thought she said pull forward as soon as I pull up through the window, she gave me this weird face expression, and said have a good day with a weird tone. She made it seem as if the line was extremely busy. I was the only one there does it really matter if I just pull up to pick up my order?
Second day of bad service. My bacon black pepper sandwich was dry and flaky, not enough bacon on it. I paid with cash, and the worker failed to give me a receipt or napkins. My coffee was okay, a bit on the hot side, though rare for Duncan.
I did a pickup and drive thru told me I can do the pick up through the drive thru. That was yesterday. Today, inconsistently, they had me go inside. I was expecting drive thru as before and almost came late to work. Be consistent please.
Waited 40 minutes to get my food and why they always arguing.
The black female manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. She has a bad attitude. She was raising her voice at me and arguing with me through the drive-through window and being extremely aggressive. She has no patience and was rushing me out of the line when there was no line and no one was around or behind me. Keep in mind this is 8:30 AM in the morning on a Sunday. She states she’s a manager while raising her voice at me. On the drive-through screen, the order was different from what I ordered. There was a different associate, who was taking my order who was extremely nice and for some reason the Manager had to interrupt and take over when she shouldn’t have gotten involved at all because she made everything worse. I let the associate know that my order is not correct on the screen and then the manager interrupts and says “we have your correct order, now just go to the window.” That’s how the manager spoke to me. I go to the window. I get my order and I’m putting my card away and the manager comes up and says “do you need anything else? What are you doing? Why are you taking so long?” I have no idea why she was rushing me out of the line when there was no line behind me. She is so rude unprofessional and out of line she needs to be fired. You should not have a manager working there like that who is impatient and aggressive. I hope that you guys take action with her behavior to treat customers like that because I always come to this location and now I have to go to a different location.
Quick and perfect food always come here and get great service appreciate Ivan for the hard work and making sure i got everything quick to go!
This location added on several $1 local charges, when asked what they were, we were told we charge a $1 for milk and another $1 for whip cream. Save your money and go down the street to 744 west Broadway and see Lala or Romeo. Way way better

I came in to this Dunkin donuts this morning and had the most pleasant employees, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I placed my order and got it right away. I want to say thanks to Rayonna & Unique for the best service... I will be back.
Took 25 mins to get two drinks, the two girls working at 11am wouldn’t stop talking and there was a huge group of people waiting on drinks and food, one of the other girls had to continuously tell the other to go make the drinks,

Wanted to treat myself to a breakfast sandwich but was forcefed the rudest attitude instead. Never coming back to this Dunkin.
Love it
I mostly have good service here but this time it was bad. They made me wait in my car in the front for almost 10 minutes and then bring me water down frozen coffees, and they forgot an item. The lady didn't even say sorry when she handed us our watered down Frozen coffees. I might drive out of my way out go somewhere else next time.
Unique is a really good manager. She is respectful with great customer service and is patient. She was helpful and put effort to resolve my issue
No nurses week here, a shame. But 3 stars cause I like this shop they always make my coffee so good! Just disappointed in the actual company actin’ like Starbucks now.
