The employee working alone around noon today on 11/23 was rude and disrespectful. She didn't acknowledge us for 10 minutes, let the lady in front of us ring up her own order! (Literally turned the POS around for her right in front of us) And then when she was taking our order she was short and then when my son said he wanted a donut on the 4th row in the middle she acted like she couldn't understand him and kept pointing to the wrong donuts as if on purpose. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donut shop to anyone.

Ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and asked for cream cheese on both halves because they always skimp. Again, barely any on my bagel.

Whoever you got at the drive-through Window is a queen. She’s fast, great customer service, she’s on top of it. She’s one step ahead of me .love her energy.
Shout out to. Drew for excellent customer service and the best iced signature pumpkin spiced latte. He made the best one I've had this season. Give him a raise or employee of the month.
The men here were the best! They let my son play and be silly, even brought us our water and then straws! They were so happy to be there and just two great dudes. Thank you!

I love this location. I had a mistake one time and but they fixed it. The Manager and Chloe are super nice and this location always has the best customer service. I actually live closer to a different location, but I drive out of my way for this location because they have the best service
I am a regular. Always order the same thing.... very predictable. Some how they ALWAYS mess it up. Its an easy order. It doesn't matter if I'm ordering ubereats, in the drive thru, order ahead or I go inside.
Disappointing because the employees are not rude but very insistent that they have competed my order correctly even when i show them items are missing.
I don't believe any of them know how to count.
Example: I order two (2) orders of the (2 piece) mini bagel bites and they give me one order. I explain I only received one order - they say right... there are two bagel bites in that order. They have charged me twice - for 2 orders (4 total bagel bites) but only give me one order. 🤦♀️
This goes on EVERY time and they always argue.
I know I can go to another location but I shouldn't have to. They need to make sure the employees can count and understand their menu options when they are hired. When/if I finally get my food it's always tasty and fresh.
Otherwose is a very frustrating experience every time.

I have no issue with the direction workers that are at this store everyone is sweet and do there best every day my issues are with who ever is above the manager at this store the comments that are made about my child is unacceptable and unprofessional and it’s not ok idc who u are u don’t ever tell someone u would never hired my child cause she online for school unacceptable ..Hailey is an awsome boss and does her best that she can the staff is great..food and coffee always fresh store is always clean Trinity Bre close Alex they all always shows great customer service ..but Dunkin really needs to do something about this lady saying things that she shouldn’t be saying about people’s kids…

First time visit with a group of twenty. Confirmed reservations a day prior. Understaffed so this made the service slow and unorganized. Food arrived warm not hot and many of the sides (ketchup, salt, pepper hot sauce, syrup, utensils and napkins) that were need had to be waited for, which resulted in the food becoming cold. Part of our party wasn’t served until many of us were leaving. They were not prepared for two large parties.

Worst customer service, today 6/23/2025 at 7:24am I order the $6 meal the cashier (blond) had an attitude not only with me but every customer in the drive thru and gave me the wrong order as I was watching her I would not have someone like that working in the front. I had use my please and thank yous and all I got was attitude. My food was cold and didnt even bother to go back and get a hot meal because I would not deal with someone with an attitude.
I will be returning within 2 weeks. The manager promised me it would be the best latte ever, they did not lie. Unbelievably professional and polite, will be going just for them 😝
Waited at the counter for 10 minutes nobody was there got services by a native girl who had the worst attitude asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me threw my daughters donut on the counter said “there” I also order candied baking and bagel bites she also threw those on the counter and walked away I didn’t even do anything or give her attitude to deserve that and left she my order so far in that I had to lean over the counter to grab my food I just left it at that but she definitely needs to be fired worst customer service I’ve ever had
