Worst customer service, today 6/23/2025 at 7:24am I order the $6 meal the cashier (blond) had an attitude not only with me but every customer in the drive thru and gave me the wrong order as I was watching her I would not have someone like that working in the front. I had use my please and thank yous and all I got was attitude. My food was cold and didnt even bother to go back and get a hot meal because I would not deal with someone with an attitude.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes nobody was there got services by a native girl who had the worst attitude asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me threw my daughters donut on the counter said “there” I also order candied baking and bagel bites she also threw those on the counter and walked away I didn’t even do anything or give her attitude to deserve that and left she my order so far in that I had to lean over the counter to grab my food I just left it at that but she definitely needs to be fired worst customer service I’ve ever had

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They never have DONUTS made, always have attitude and can't bother to answer the phone. Don't waste your time nor money here at this god awful establishment.

Great service especially from a lady named Alex she has great attitude every time we speak with her. Other than some younger Caucasian girl being rude one morning this location is great. Food always hot and donuts always fresh.

Apparently they switch to Pepsi I went in to get a Coke they used to have great cold bottles so I’m very disappointed

I absolutely hate this Dunkin donuts location and I love Dunkin. Just I wont be going back to this one. I ordered an Iced vanilla latte and the entire drink was just creamer. It's always just a bunch of high school students slacking around. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt but everytime I come here I have such a negative experience. Taking my money else where and never returning.

This was 2 weeks ago and I won't be back. So I came here this morning to get an almond spice coffee extra large I live in Phoenix. By the time I got home I realized that they had shorted me on my change this being the manager my total was 4.31 and she gave me back 4.31 My change should have been 15.69. I called repeatedly until about 8:30 in the morning finally got a hold of somebody they told me to come back and they would give me my money back. So I came back and very rude manager no apologies for my change not giving back no apologies because I had to travel 10 miles to get back to here just attitude no good customer service and I love Dunkin but I won't be coming back to this one. When she called me she was still rude and did not apologize.😡😡😡

The young lady with glasses that I encountered kept telling me I was wrong and was doubling down on it, when I corrected her that I ordered black tea. She might need more training on resolving issues, it's nothing to do with ego, I only wanted what I ordered.
