Terrible customer service. I ordered the $6 meal deal but I was charged regular prices (not meal deal price) and then was refused the hash browns that were meant to come with the meal deal. The staff handled the issue very unprofessionally. (loudly arguing amongst themselves in the back of the store such that customers could hear them) I told them I would never return to this store if I wasn't given the hash browns I paid and they still refused. I 'm guessing they do not need my business.

I've been here a few times. Ive had pretty average experiences as well but today I'm not very happy. I split a muffin with my daughter and only after a few bites did I realize the muffin was not cooked thoroughly enough and we were eating doughy bread. Please do better this is a safety issue for your customers.

The owner made my day! I was picking up donuts for a school party and the customer service was exceptional! The place was clean. The donuts were beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the cleanliness and the service! They went above and beyond to help their customer out.

Went this morning.. waited 25 minutes for 2 donuts… got to the window the lady with brown hair and a bunch of face makeup repeated my order to me 5 times and still got it wrong after i corrected… after she took my payment told me she was out of the donuts i got and continued to hand me 2 donuts i did not order… they need to get their shit together… don’t go here

I ordered a mobile order for a large refresher and two doughnuts. Not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes for my two doughnuts and drink there were about 4 half done orders on the counter. The screen was full of drive through orders waiting. There were multiple staff members standing around gossiping with one employee doing laps around the wall and loudly gossiping.
Finally got my order after having to ask how much longer it is going to take for them to tell me my drink has been sitting on the counter getting warm and that they didn’t have my doughnuts in stock. Their excuse was trust they are busy currently, the drive through didn’t have any cars in it. There was another mobile order guy waiting at the same time as me with his drinks also getting warm sitting on the counter.

Worst customer service ever always under staffed And drink always tastes wrong.. went back to see if you guys could redeem yourselves and I was given two pieces of bacon in my entire snack and bacon packet that were completely full of fat and half a piece of bacon on my sandwich also treated treated very disrespectfully by the staff, which sadly is the case every time don’t go into this location, you’ll regret it

This places quality has gone to crap. They always get my coffee wrong. Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and it looks like they put a little cream cheese and wiped it all off. Ordered an iced Carmel macchiato and they always forget the Carmel.
