I really shouldn't have given them another chance but I made the mistake due to convenience and I regret it. Had to repeat my order twice at the speaker then once again at the window. Once the two donuts I ordered for the kids were finally given to me they were both smashed into one bag causing the frosting to smear all over the bag and the other donut. If you've ever been around young kids, you know that another flavor touching their donut is an unforgivable sin. I was then asked to pull forward and park (a practice that drive-thru places use that makes ZERO sense) and the drink I was waiting for was brought out to me before another car even left the drive. (again, a practice that makes no sense.)

This location has always been sloppy, I shouldn't have tried again, I won't make the mistake in the future.

I can't seem to get a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon even though it's on the menu. I've tried at least 4 times in the last 2 months for my 83yr old mother after her appts or errands. She wants 2 sandwiches for refrigerator treat without cooking. I've heard no eggs, kitchen down, out of croissants, etc. Doesn't seem to really be available in the middle to late afternoon. Well... Take it off the menu if not available! Today I took her to Jack in the Box fir first time. New go-to place???

This morning they served me something I was allergic too. Even though I did make the necessary changes to my order. They decided to take it upon themselves to make it how they want. Risking peoples lives.

Horrible! I came to this dunkin a few months back when Ben was the manager and it was so much better. I came back since I was in town and was hoping for the same friendly service but I find lazy employees who wont even give me the time of day. I came in and waiting at the register for nearly 10 minutes before a lady came to greet me. She took my order and made it completely wrong! Didnt come with the whipped cream, no drizzle or sugar on top. To top it off, it didnt even taste like anything! Maybe stick to donuts if you guys cannot make drinks correctly!

I went in there to get an iced caramel craze when I approach the window. The lady asked me that II went in there to get an iced caramel craze when I approach the window. The lady asked me that I have a frozen coffee. I said no I had an iced caramel craze. She said that’s the same thing I said no it’s not come here almost every other day to get a coffee. No, it’s not. She proceeds to shut the window on me walk around do everything else but come back to the window to let me know if she’s remaking it if she what she’s doing comes back take my card walks away doesn’t give me a receipt. Then she gives me a frozen coffee I go back inside of the store and ask for a refund. They asked me do I want them to remake it three times I said no I just want a refund. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes now waiting on a coffee since when does stopping for coffee before work take 15 minutes. As I was inside waiting, they were rude to several other customers not letting anybody know their receipt. Paper wasn’t working not having no donuts at 9 o’clock in the morning.

Terrible customer service. I ordered the $6 meal deal but I was charged regular prices (not meal deal price) and then was refused the hash browns that were meant to come with the meal deal. The staff handled the issue very unprofessionally. (loudly arguing amongst themselves in the back of the store such that customers could hear them) I told them I would never return to this store if I wasn't given the hash browns I paid and they still refused. I 'm guessing they do not need my business.

I've been here a few times. Ive had pretty average experiences as well but today I'm not very happy. I split a muffin with my daughter and only after a few bites did I realize the muffin was not cooked thoroughly enough and we were eating doughy bread. Please do better this is a safety issue for your customers.

The owner made my day! I was picking up donuts for a school party and the customer service was exceptional! The place was clean. The donuts were beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the cleanliness and the service! They went above and beyond to help their customer out.

Went this morning.. waited 25 minutes for 2 donuts… got to the window the lady with brown hair and a bunch of face makeup repeated my order to me 5 times and still got it wrong after i corrected… after she took my payment told me she was out of the donuts i got and continued to hand me 2 donuts i did not order… they need to get their shit together… don’t go here
