I have a couple of things to say about this location. First thing is, since they got renovated the inside looks amazing. Second thing is, the staff needs to be retrained and or coached on how to run a store. I think it's actually really crazy on how the staff can ignore customers/guest for long periods of time without even saying "we will be right with you". The staff will make eye contact with the waiting customer(s) but still keep making drink. I totally get that you are busy and have a drive thru and online orders to take care of, but there needs to be some communication to the guest or prioritize taking a order then taking the guest in the lobby order. I have been to this location a lot and today for example, I watched this guest come in and he was the only one there get ignored for about 7 mins with no communication to if he was going to get his order taken. When he finally got his order taken there was no apology for the wait time. As a guest I felt really uncomfortable with the energy in this store and watching the guest just get ignored. I watched a total of 5 people today get ignored for 5-10 mins at a time all at different times of the day. After seeing all of these reviews on this store and pretty recent ones to regarding the same issues. How has nothing been done about this yet.

This place is a hit or miss with their drinks, I always order the same thing every morning, and they give me different colors of coffee each time. Very inconsistent, today’s drink looks like I just ordered milk and tastes like I’m just drinking creamer. Do better.

Double bad breakfast sandwiches. OMG so bad. My Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was a cold pre-processed mess that didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. Pre-processed bread, that never touched the grill, no butter on the bread, cold pre-processed eggs and two small measly pieces of cold bacon, likely cooked a week ago. My wife's SausageEgg&Cheese Sandwich was another pre-processed disappointment, cold bread, cold pre-processed eggs and 50 degree cheese. She described as a McDonnell's wannabe. Bad by any standard.

the Manager at this location has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. My order was made wrong when I came in and asked for it to get fixed she gave me attitude and told me to take the lid off to add to my coffee, I asked nicely I would like it remade. She literally THROWS my coffee and grabs a new cup starts slamming things and remaking it so aggressively didn't even hand me new straw didn't say sorry absolutely terrible way to treat a regular customer!!!!!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Ordered on the app, arrived was told to wait in parking spots. 10 minutes later, they weren't even busy, employee arrives with my PART OF my "order". Drinks are wrong, asked him to fix, he proceeded to go back into store and told me I will need to walk in to get them because he's not coming back out, "we're busy". Btw store is empty and maybe 3 cars have gone through the drive thru since I got here. I also make them aware they left out 1/2 dozen customized donuts. I'm handed a box, none of which are donuts I ordered, I asked about it, was told they're prepackaged and if I wanted I could pick others, however there was no other options available. I told them they should've told me that, instead of just handing me whatever, people in my party have allergies and there's a reason we customized. I was then told "ma'am you go your items, you can leave the store now!". I returned to the car to learn our sandwiches are all also wrong! I've never been treated so poorly by a dd staff team, in my whole life! I'm not a complainer, if it weren't for the poor attitude from the jump, I probably would've even just accepted the incorrect drinks in the first place. This place is beyond a disappointment for Dunkin and!

messed up on my order not once, not twice but 3 times. gave me the wrong donuts.messed up my drinks and gave me the wrong bread for my sandwich. i understand if they were busy and messed up a few times but i can't excuse the disrespect we went through. after noticing that our order was messed up we went inside and asked them to correct it and they did... to an extent. they only fixed our drinks. the donuts were not the ones we ordered so we pointed it out and warned them that people might have allergies and that they probably shouldn't be giving out random donuts that weren't ordered and in response we were told "you got your things now leave" and basically we were kicked out for wanting the things we ordered? never coming again

Well now I know why I go toStarbucks, ordered a latte with oatmilk, I get some nasty drink with pink velvet syrup. Then I come back to exchange my drink, they are being rude then comes to the window asks if it's decaf, once again not what I ordered. When I finally got the correct drink it felt super light. I opened it up and it wasn't even half full. To have people pay 8 dollars for that is a joke. They finally filled it to the top but STAY AWAY
Waiting in line of 1 other car for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee is not a good look. Apparently they think they deserve independent coffee chain pricing on their coffee now too. $3.50 for Dunkin’ Donuts?

Big Dunkin fan but this location sucks, constantly get my order wrong crazy long wait times, waited 15 min for the 2 people on front of me just to have a wrong order. Unfortunate:/
