This place is trash. They got 4 people waiting in the lobby for service but ignore everyone and just proceed to help the drive thru. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I just leave and go to the one on hardy and broadway. Way better.

Update - today I ordered hashbrowns and only got 3. This place sucks.

I come to this dunkin often. Each time I ask them politely for a specific detail, like extra ketchup or napkins, or coffee stirred well, i get attitude. I’m sick of it! I used to work at dunkin myself and I simply don’t understand the poor customer service. This morning, classic mistake - asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got a bagel. I can’t enjoy my breakfast now because bagels are difficult for me to chew as I have TMJ. Thanks a lot dunkin.

Not the greatest Dunkin. They are inconsistent with cream in the coffee which is a huge no-no. The hot food is good but I've had stale donuts when I occasionally get one which is a bummer too- a sad waste of calories. Too bad it's on my way to work. I make it work for me!

This Dunkin and workers are not update with training and it shows. Simple orders can’t be fulfilled. The employees get the orders wrong and we ask for them to remake it, since we paid money for this!! And WE get the attitude?! This needs to change. I understand everyone has days but EVERYDAY I come here; which is 2 times a week I get horrible service and food. So I could imagine how every other customer feels. I see new faces here getting trained and they seem so confused cuz their manager just sit in the back! Like how do expect them to learn. Get new Managers who actually know how to train people.

Ordered the mango pineapple lemonade refresher and was told they were out of lemonade and would have to wait for more to be made. We waited for the lemonade. I’m not sure exactly what was done but our drinks were not good. The drink was over powered with lemonade. You know that feeling you get in the back of your throat when something is too sour. Left a bad after taste. Not a good experience! People just don’t seem to care anymore about quality of service!!
