I’m not happy because even though I checked out at the self-service register and didn’t leave a tip, a 15% tip was automatically added.
Visited there 3 times and the average waiting time was 25-30 minutes. Only 1 barista in store and often made drinks in a wrong order.
great atmosphere, fast service, cute store to shop at while you wait.
if you want good boba, go to Mochi Fresh. $6.50 for a tiny little cup of coffee and rock hard boba. can barely move the straw because there’s so much ice. the boba is like rubbery soccer balls in my mouth. it’s disgusting and a waste of money. and they try to trick you on the machine, adding a tip without you noticing so you have to actively click 0%. shady and gross
There are lots of milk tea options to choose from, and they all taste great! Really nice place overall.

I got a matcha latte it was good but I would recommend the hk milk tea my friend got it and it was great!
Very disappointing! I went during an afternoon, the staff didn't stand up or didn't even bother to greet us. No, they weren't making drinks, they were chatting there. The drink was fine. Couple years ago, this might've been the best Boba place in AZ. But today, they've lost me!

This is the best bubble tea I have ever had. Materials are super natural and seems to involve less industrialized recipe.
The place was open late. It’s cute inside. The drinks were made fast. They were okay. Staff was friendly!
