No wonder why the line has been always longggg!!! My first time at Dutch Bros, but I always drive past this location to go to places. For years, I’d always wanted to stop by and find out why the line is always so long; never had a chance. This Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday around 10am, saw only 2 cars in line. Finally had my luck to try their coffee!! I got an iced Annihilator (Thank you so much to the guy with gray beanie and glasses - So sorry I didn’t ask what his name was — what a nice guy, insisting to give me this free coffee as my first time here!) I love the coffee a lot (very creamy, smooth, not too sweet), and will definitely stop by again. What a great first impression!❤️🙌🏻

My last few visits have been very disappointing when coming to Dutch. I am a regular and come several times a week for the last 10 years. Their quality and service continue to go down. I came on Black Friday (like I normally do on the busiest shopping day of the year), but this time I waited until specifically 10am to get my ornament, just to be told they started at 5am instead of the time listed on the app and social media. This may be the end of my visits to Dutch as this was a major deception. I’ve sent corporate emails about the issues I’ve had with no response to my concerns.

I love this location! The entire team is always so friendly, efficient and service-oriented. Last time we drove through, it was incredibly busy. But that didn’t stop them from smiling, engaging with us authentically and being present while cranking out drinks and orders. It took me back to my busy service days when I was younger and how it would be much easier to be short and/or show stress instead of keeping the customer’s experience as the top priority. Dani and Michael made sure ours was upbeat, making us feel like real VIPs. Thanks again for the service and the yummy drinks!
