No wonder why the line has been always longggg!!! My first time at Dutch Bros, but I always drive past this location to go to places. For years, I’d always wanted to stop by and find out why the line is always so long; never had a chance. This Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday around 10am, saw only 2 cars in line. I love this location! The entire team is always so friendly, efficient and service-oriented. Last time we drove through, it was incredibly busy. But that didn’t stop them from smiling, engaging with us authentically and being present while cranking out drinks and orders. It took me back to my busy service days when I was younger and how it would be much easier to be short and/or show stress instead of keeping the customer’s experience as the top priority.
