The most STUCK up of any Dutch bros in Arizona . Drinks are made lazy always using a ton of half and half and small amount of other ingredients. Waited 20 mins for a large drink got a medium and also asked for ice water which still took 20 mins in the heat mind you they were for KIDS ! Had a worker named Jonah yell be respectful bc I asked if I could get the waters when it took such a long time . Than they went to fix my drink and just added half and half to the brim and strawberry pureee on top so terrible.

This is hands down my favorite Dutch Bros location! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — they really made my visit feel special. I stopped by for my birthday freebie and got my all-time favorite drink: the Golden Eagle. It was a perfect 10/10 — fresh, smooth, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Definitely the highlight of my birthday treat!

Came here after the gym for a double shot of espresso to mix with my protein shake, and the experience was mostly solid. They have a convenient walk-up-to-your-car service (kind of like In-N-Out) when the line builds up, which was helpful. The attendant took my order right at my car, and I had my espresso delivered in just over two minutes—perfect timing to stay within that post-workout anabolic window.
The downside? Once you’re in line, you’re committed. There are barriers that prevent you from exiting early, so even though I had my drink quickly, I ended up sitting for another 10 minutes stuck behind other cars waiting for their orders. It’s clear they’re focused on providing friendly service—staff at the window were making conversation with customers—but it does slow things down a bit when you're ready to leave.
As for the menu, it’s extensive and full of sweet, indulgent options. Personally, most of it isn't for me due to the high sugar and calorie content, but if you're in the mood for a treat, it definitely offers plenty of choices.

Visited through the drive thru for my usual drink, it was made incorrectly and the employees there refused to remake my drink, telling me that it was definitely what i asked for. It tasted nothing like my usual. I have many food allergies and wasnt able to enjoy my drink, i dont know what they had actually put in there. Very upset that they were unable to accommodate for their mistakes. :(

Everyone is normally friendly at this location. My only complaint is they take a lot longer to get cars through the drive thru than they did a few months ago. They had a guy walking to the cars and taking orders. I got into the drive thru line at 7:23am. I was the 6th car in line from the window. 7:39am is when I got my drink and left. 16 minutes. How in the world does it take 16 minutes to get 6 vehicles through a drive thru????? This isn't a one-time thing either. This has been consistently happening for the past few months. Parking at a nearby parking lot and walking to this location and ordering at the window is faster than the drive-thru. That defeats the entire purpose of a drive thru. Do better.

Please go here you can adjust the level of sweetness and they never taste burnt, the service the drinks, the timing is top notch. And when you roll your window down in the summer turn your vent to the order taker so they can get some a/c some times a cool breeze is just as good as a tip. The drinks are worth the drive.
Every time I try to come here there's a line that extends past the parking lot. Im not waiting for that. This makes me not want dutch Bros at all. There needs to be another location or something because ridiculous
