Eli made my day with great customer service. I was in a grumpy mood bcuz the car infront of me was not moving when there was a huge gap and someone was trying to get thru but he provided great customer service which put me in a better mood. Although I am upset, whoever made my drink because I said light ice and my whole cup is full of ice so I only got a couple of sips

This is my absolute favorite Dutch. I will only go to this stand. The crew knows me and always has Golden Eagle with dark chocolate blended with some caramel drizzle ready for me to tap and go. The crew are all so sweet and make me smile when I am not having a good morning! I appreciate that all the time. I went out of state for a few days this past week and experienced a few different Dutch Stands from another state and there is NOOOOOOO comparison to my stand. I even had to go today just to say Hi and grab my coffee! The best stand ever!

I waited in line for 30 min to receive someone else’s drink. When I went back today to ask if they could do anything about it they said no that I should have gone back the same day to get the drink fixed like it’s so easy for people to go and spend more time waiting for their coffee which should have been correct to get fixed. I wish I had unlimited time to do that. I expected the customer service to be better but they didn’t care at all. Not going back to this Dutch bros. The employees were like mad or upset I even mentioned it. Oh and keep in mind I tried calling their number 100 times that same day but never got through to an actual person.

Horrible service.walked up to walk up to try and avoid waiting in the 25 car long drive thru, ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to give me my one drink. I watched the drive thru clear out before they gave me my drink. Ridiculous and to top it off they gave me a small when I paid for a medium.
