I’m sorry but why would you start giving out a giveaway item at 5am when the app SPECIFICALLY states that it starts at 10am? Soooo many people were lined up outside and the drivethru was full at 10am because EVERYONE there at that time came for the ornaments, myself included. Follow what the app says for giveaway items and don’t hand them out 5 hours prior to the start time.

Today specifically at 9:10-9:30 they absolutely are horrible at time management. The girl at the walk up window should never be there she wasn’t even taking peoples orders. STOP PRIORITIZING MOBLE ORDERS TO THE POINT IT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO MAKE TO MEDIUM COFFEES THAT TAKE 30secs TO MAKE. Hi so I just went to this Dutch bros and walked up to the window and one of the workers came up to me after I was already waiting for a bit and she said they’d be right with me, so I waited a little longer expecting to be helped soon, but I got no help so I left. I just felt like I wasn’t being prioritized at all. The drinks are good but the service could be improved.

Service Line Workers taking orders very freindly ery talkative professional. Young lady at the window handing out orders young student just moved here from another state to go to college very professional very nice good conversation. Great innerpersonal skills. Was a great expirenece dont visit Tempe much but that will be my go to Dutch Bros when I return
It was late in the eve, used their double car drive-thru. Slightly busy and they were right on it with getting our order perfectly done. Both the order taker on the lot and the Server were just awesome. They answered lots of questions and were very knowledgeable in their answers and suggestions. Thx guys!!

The girls here act like they were picked up in the morning and surprised with a shift here. Sorry I came to pick up my drinks at the time it said it would be ready for and you still don’t even have it ready. Also should really have a sign saying you have to greet the employees they won’t greet you first. Terrible attitude all the time at the pick up window.
