Just great overall customer service

Recent corporate decisions have ruined what used to be a great chain of coffee huts. Lately the coffee they have been supplying their stores with seems to have dramatically worsened in quality. They finally added matcha to the menu but … if you like matcha, I cannot recommend that you order it.

I feel truly sad for all the staff and any remaining franchisees that their corporate leaders have failed them.

This location never makes my drink right & they always forget the soft top let alone the EXTRA I pay for! And asking to have it fixed... Opens the 'tude window! Most Dutch Bros are way more pleasant!

This stands out: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A SMILE, despite the line of cars trailing almost out of the parking lot. Great tasting beverage, good price, and exceptional customer service to get to know their customers - is why people keep coming to Dutch Bros. Other businesses could do well if they adopted this format.

The service was a 10/10. Chris was working the drivethru window and he was very friendly, helpful, and patient. His customer service was a 10/10, his vibes and energy was great! He made sure we had the correct drinks and that they tasted good! The crew was also very helpful!

For the past year Everytime I go to Dutch Bros I deeply regret it. It was bacteria in this drink my throat immediately started itching with my first sip. I will pay $2 extra dollars at Starbucks. Men at window were talking over 10 min while customers wait. That's probably why my throat itch because my drink was just sitting there as the cashier and customer in front of me just talk.
