Chef Krystal makes amazing magical plates — comfort food with scratch-kitchen freshness, just the right “mouth feel” (crunchy or textured etc), also healthy and delicious. You should definitely order extra servings and bring Early Bird Vegan to potlucks, office parties, family events, and serve it to nonvegans who would have no idea it’s vegan unless they saw the name (I have done so— and even cheese-addicted “vegetarians” (yeah… they need to evolve) are supremely...

We went to Early Bird for lunch and ordered two of their Mac and cheese bowls! They were huge and SO delicious! Possibly the best Mac we've ever had! (And we've tried A LOT) We ordered the mushroom Mac, buffalo style and the beef tip Mac! Both excellent and enough for two meals!
The staff was warm, friendly and very welcoming!

This place is the real deal. Each menu item I have tried tastes like I am at fine dining with culinary detail to complementing flavors and textures. On top of that - everyone who works here is just awesome! This is my go to for carry out!😄
