Donât order for Grubhub here unless you want your order to never be made if your purchase it ahead of time because apparently you have to check in with the cashier for them even to begin your order and once they begin they claim that the things you ordered including the bagel or drinks are sold out or out of stock. Whatâs the point of ordering ahead if my order is never gonna be made in the first place?!?

Ive been to this Einstein twice and each time has sucked. The first time, workers were yelling at eachother and cursing very loudly enough so that customers could hear, not to mention the workers were very rude. I went again because the food wasnât bad last time and this time was even worse (somehow). There were 4 workers but all of them were yelling at one kid to do so many tasks, pulling him in every direction. He continued to burn himself and (Im assuming) his manager told him to hurry it up even after he burned himself. like what?!! Then the guy being pulled in every direction accidentally gave out my order to the wrong person (I wasnât even mad about this because of the scene unfolding in front of me.) He was then asking his manager about his mistake and she very aggressively told him that he messed up and did not explain to him what he needed to do to fix the situation. I was honestly disgusted at this point. First of all, yelling at eachother loudly in front of customers is never okay and secondly, treating your workers that way is never acceptable especially since she barely knew how to do her job (she couldnât figure out how to work the card reader when I was trying to pay so it took 6 minutes just to order). I could not believe the audacity of these people to be yelling at someone who is presumably new without explaining to him what to do. He was literally trying his best and looked so overwhelmed. Please learn how to treat your workers, this was just gross to watch.

Im writing this so I can get some stupid google maps review badge so I gotta make this over 200 characters. I'm also just really bored in school. Einstein in general has declined over the years. I've been going my whole life and the bagels have gotten smaller, the texture is worse, everything just isn't as good. I'm assuming the same applies at this location because it does at others. How many characters is this? Not sure. Gonna add a random photo too because why the heck not
