Went there for breakfast with a friend of mine, a place that we go to frequently. This morning a woman at the cash register, older than the other staff, was extremely unfriendly, terse, and rude to us, rolling her eyes and snipping at us. We were nothing but friendly as we entered the store, so there was no reason for this unless she was having a bad day. Still, no reason for her to take it out on us. The food was fine, so no complaint there. Unfortunately, when I used the women’s restroom, there was a disgusting ring around the water in the toilet. Apparently had not been cleaned for quite a while. Made me wonder what else had not been cleaned lately. I think I will suggest Panera bread next time for breakfast.

Place is empty. We did an online order and went to pick up. The staff forgot to make our drink and then we had to remind them. Afterwards, we found out they made the wrong drink and even forgot to give some of the things we ordered. When we called asking for refund or to talk about this they said they couldn't do anything and just hung up on us.....y'all are better off going to Starbucks beside them than this disgusting place

We love to grab an easy breakfast here in the neighborhood, but the frequently grumpy culture of the place is becoming a sure deterrent.A couple of examples: A while back, an employee made a rude comment to another employee about my kid’s order. “You’d think she could order something different every once in a while. ?”Today at 6:08a, the lights were dim, there are no employees in sight, the refrigerated case looked empty, & no hours are listed outside. My husband walks in saying, “Hellooo!” When an employee approaches the counter, husband asks, “Hey, are you open?” Lady says, “Well the door’s open, isn’t it?” ?Chandler fam, where are the nice & friendly bagels in town? ? We’re getting tired of these grumpy bagels. We know everyone has tough days, but this stuff is consistent amongst varied employees.A smile and kindness goes a long way in the world. ☀️

Customer service is horrible!!After reciting our order correctly back, they served all breakfast sandwiches on same type of bagel, despite that not being the case.When we approached the counter (as the only customers in the shop), the older woman said, "what's the problem?" And after explaining we received the wrong order, she got very mad at me saying, "that's not what the screen said!" But I explained the order was recited back correctly and there was no screen presented to us.She had a little hissy fit, remade the order and chucked my new bagel on the counter. Several opportunities to say, "sorry", "no problem" or basic customer service. Ot at least not be confrontational over a simple bagel when the mistake was on them.But for $28 for three bagels, I'd at least like to get the bagel I ordered.

Mia the manager is very friendly. She always remembers returning customers and what they order. If someone makes a mistake she makes it right and then some.

I was heading to work and decided to stop and grab something to snack on real quick. I asked the lady who was taking my order for a chocolate chip muffin. She was extremely rude to begin with, but I didn’t care to pay any care to it. She gives me my order and as soon as I get to the office I notice it’s just a bagel. Not even what I ordered! Not even cream cheese on it either. I can’t go back now since I’m at work and have to wait until lunch.

Location is always understaffed for last year or so. Telling customers to keep holding, ignoring customers who preorder and wait over 20 minutes. Wait to place order only to wait longer to pay. Got food while waiting but couldn't leave. I could hear the woman cooking cursing while putting bagels on the toaster about her job. Hire enough staff that understand customer service or close this location because the service is going downhill fast. There are two other Einsteins within 5 miles of this location so no need to continue wasting money at this location.

EVERY other Einsteins will add the cinnamon sugar mix to plain bagels when they run out. This specific one told my door Dasher that they don't do it at "their" location. Don't put up with this kind of customer service. Too many other places to get food from. It's very disappointing that there is no connection now a days between ownership and business. These employees have nothing invested so they just don't care if they provide bad costumer service. You can tell by the lack of response by the location. There are many many negative customer service experiences but they keep occurring. They just don't care.

Twice now I have received the wrong order. Today I ordered a cinnamon and raisin bagels I did not want any cream cheese on them I just wanted them cut. When I picked up the bagels I didn't look in the bag and should have. I received two cinnamon and raisin bagels cut in half with cream cheese on topNow I'm unable to toast the bagel and the other one was for my tomorrow breakfast.

This place needs help!!! Food takes forever to get, once you receive your order you better check it. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and they failed to put the sausage on the sandwich. Have given this location multiple chances to see if they could get things worked out but it's very apparent they need help!!! I won't be back!!
