I love your bagels but I really like the one in Tempe , y'all should teach the other locations how to make their bagels sandwiches, I went to the one on 32nd baseline 2 times and it was not made right will not go there again

We’ve been to this location a few times and have had a great experience each time. I’m not sure who the staff was working on Saturday 12/20 but wow are they the “A” team. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable! Truly enjoyed our breakfast there today and despite it being very busy, service was quick!

Brady has absolutely wowed me. He was so helpful. I couldn’t figure out what to order and he gave me his two favorite recommendations and I absolutely LOVED them. Brady knows bagel. He’s a special special guy. The best Einsteins employee I’ve ever come across. Well done kid.

Every time I’ve visited this location the staff has been absolutely amazing and welcoming! The bagels are always fresh and tasty too. This is my far the best Einstein Bagels I’ve been to in the valley!

This location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The bagels fresh and delicious. Great coffee. Lilith has a great team and even remembers my favorite orders and my name.

I highly recommend this store and especially the manager Lily. I go every Friday to bring Bagels for the office. They are always friendly, attentive, and prompt and understand I usually am in a hurry. The bagels are always fresh and other products good as well.

A store in the staff are amazing. They greet me by name. They are just almost have included me as part of the Einstein family so I really appreciate that. I think this stuff is amazing and I think that you should know all your managers are amazing as well I can’t say enough nice things about the entire staff.
