My Oktoberfest sandwich was made ice cold. Definitely not worth $10

This visit was way better than our last one at another location. The service was friendly, the place was clean, and the food hit the spot, especially the brisket and the bagel sandwich. The hash browns and new flavored lemonades were a nice bonus, making it an overall great experience.

Just need a dozen poppy seeds bagels. Only had 9 but finished it off with cinnamon raisins delicious just as toast and real butter. I want to say Michelle was very helpful and very pleasant. Thank you young lady.

Sadly, the shmear options have diminished, but the bagels and service are still good.

It's always a nice morning when I stop in here. Even during a hectic situation, the manager, Michelle I believe, was very pleasant and helpful.
Over stressed workers, constantly telling people who already ordered that they were out of what they ordered.
Waited with many others for quite a while only to be told my last item I was waiting for was still in an oven.
I was told when I ordered that they just came out. I left without the item or a refund because I had to return to work.
Won't be coming back to this location.

There are several Einstein bagel franchises close where I live. While this one is admittedly the closest to me, it is also, in my opinion, the best one. The staff is super friendly, very accommodating and always provide service with a smile!
Wow, it sounds so much like I am making commercial for them. But no, seriously, I actually look forward to visiting this place once a week to pick out my dozen bagels.
