I waited 40 minutes for my bagel and when I mentioned how long it was, they still made me wait even longer to "verify" the order or something despite my observation that they had another order that ended with the same digit as mine that hadn't been claimed for 15 minutes. Horrible service.

i ordered a breakfast sandwich, and i was so excited because i have been craving one since i have lived off of college food for a while. i MADE SURE the staff knew i was vegetarian, ordered the VEGETARIAN sandwich off the menu. please tell me why they put bacon on it, because i had no time before classes to go back and ask for the correct order. i was extremely disappointed because it should be obvious if i say out loud i am vegetarian. the staff didn't seem to care, the cashier not listening and the people making food finding their conversation more important than making people's food. i am usually one to give food service workers grace, as i know what thats like, but i have never been somewhere that doesnt take that into consideration when i order something that literally is labelled vegetarian on the menu. i wont be coming back, because einstein is really only good for some of their cream cheese and thats about it.

Got overcharged because the employee didn't know how to ring up a Lox bagel. Charged me for an add on egg and extra veggies that I didn't ask for! The Lox bagel was made incorrectly and tell me why I only had a small amount of smoked salmon on just one side of the bagel? Btw, Lox bagel should be opened face. Mine was crammed in like a sandwich and messy. Charged me for an egg and there was no egg whatsoever! The sandwich should've been roughly 9.29 and ended up paying literally almost $11.60! Please do better in training your employees how to correctly ring up orders.

It's ridiculous that I can't get a quality product from places. And you don't want to deal with the complaint so you hang up on customers. Not good service.
Your hashbrowns are raw. Nothing twice baked. I don't think it was baked once. And for a manager to not care. I'm reversing my visa. I didn't get what I paid for. It's time businesses realize they need to do what they portray and this pace doesn't. I'm tired of supporting stupid. And this owner must be totally stupid to allow this to be handed out.

Horrible experience with the staff, got m order wrong twice after giving clear instructions. Were rude when asked to fix the mistake they made. Refused to fix my order and wanted me to pay more. Wish I could give a zero star.

Staff is rude, barly understands simple questions like, "Do you have plain cream cheese?". OH ! & did I mention they forgot to put cream cheese on my farmhouse bagel. - face palm inserted here.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bagel was stale and fell apart. I also had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my coffee.
Hard working students here, and it's not Starbucks. You can get a coffee in a few minutes.
Literally never open when google says they’re open
Extremely rude and none of the workers truly understand English and refused to fix my order.
Always good but inflation has caused the bagels to shrink in size.
