An excellent experience!! The tacos and sushi sounded a little different but ended up being amazing! We had the birria tacos and a Mexican sushi. The service and atmosphere were fun. We are so happy that we stopped!

Breakfast burritos still taste the same, but seem to have gone down in size! Taste is alright, but don't expect bigger than what you could get at Jack in the Box etc

Tonight we tried for the first time. We got the Birria tacos .. they were honestly awful.. 0 flavor , meat tender and great but tacos soggy and the consomé was like a beef bouillon cube in water. No spice what so ever. When she offered hot sauce when ordering I was confused you shouldn’t need it with Birria.. now I see why she offered. Honestly it didn’t help it. A taco with hot sauce is great, but when you specifically choose a Birria taco to eat you expect the spice to be there in the meat and consomé. I can’t speak for all the other food I’ve never had it but man do not get the Birria I’ve made it better at home than that.

Consistently good... the birria burritos/tacos, as well as the chicken quesadillas, are highly recommended. Along with the green chili salsa with a horchata to wash it down... you can't go wrong.

On our road trip from California to Texas, we made a stop and enjoyed some delicious food, including Birria tacos and a Birria burrito and california roll

We had some high expectations because of the reviews, however, this was terrible. This place is right near ASU so I can only assume the reviews are from younger people who either are 1 - not from anywhere that has authentic Mexican food and/or 2 - drunk, because when you’re drunk, pretty much anything will taste good.

We ordered the chorizo, potato, egg and cheese burrito and we received nothing but egg, cheese and beans. The street carnitas tacos and the carnitas quesadilla were extremely greasy. To the point where both of us are already feeling sick because of the amount of grease.

This was a waste of time considering we drove a pretty decent distance to get there and a waste of money.

Clean place I liked the lemon sushi a lot and one of the fried tempura ones. The nachos were also delicious the only thing I didn’t find that appetizing was the jalapeno popper Rangoon things. Not my style tbh. However I was impressed the chef was quick. My friend and I came around 7 pm last Tuesday and wowwww we had just sat down and the food was already out. Amazing work. The girls taking our order were also really nice. 7/10 overall I would come back to try some more stuff but it’s a bit pricey so I’ll pass if there’s other good options around.

I used to go to the bar 5 and 10. Now it’s el jefe. I’ve only been there once to see you took over. El Jefe has Mexican and sushi. Great guacamole 🥑. They are open until 1am.
