The bathroom door wouldn’t work, the workers made fun of us and were not helpful in the least. I got a lot of stares and was made to feel very uncomfortable by the workers. I will not be returning to this location.

After not going back to this location after several months due to ALWAYS not getting the order correct, decided to try again seeing as they are about 2 blocks away. However they once again messed up the order. We detest cilantro, therefore we ordered 4 tacos al carbon with NO cilantro, they repeated back NO cilantro but alas get home and all 4 tacos were loaded with cilantro and no onions (that are also supposed to be on the tacos). $21.00 lunch in the trash. Simple request but apparently to hard for this location to achieve.

It was quiet when we had lunch there, but we love going to the location since when we used to live in Tempe and whenever we travel back from Tucson, we definitely stopped by to get our chicken fix.
