Incredible service and food at this location! At first, I had a small problem with my order and Sylvia came to the rescue and made the order better than expected! It's incredible to have customer service that is over-the-top excellent and a great food product.

How can anyone serve food like this? It must have been under the heat lamp for over an hour, DRY, NO MEAT on the bone AND TASTELESS. Save your money and go somewhere else. I question if it was even chicken????

After ordering my food, I look to where they're prepping food where the rice and stuff is kept, There's rice all over food, laying all over the prep area from the bins. Just didn't look sanitary, as it should be. There was 5 workers in the area prepping the food, half of them did not have gloves on? They took one of my food items and just placed it on the counter where you order food and left it there until the rest was ready and then bagged it? Like , why wasn't it kept where the food preparation part is? So overall, I will not be returning, I just feel there's a sanitation problem at this location.

Paid over 50 dollars for the new family meal. These ladies gave us all legs. Every single piece of chicken was a leg. all 12 pieces. It's just downright disrespectful. Never going back. Turns out the sides were ice cold too. PATHETIC

As we walked to El Pollo Loco there was a rotten smell in the air like sewage or trash, figured it was just the city.
Walked inside with my wife and friend and the smell got more intense. We immediately left as it was alarming.
