Had an awesome time at Eureka Tempe! Went out for drinks with some friends and ended up staying way longer than planned because the vibe was so good. The bartenders were super friendly and kept the energy up all night. Great music, fun crowd, and just an overall good time. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab drinks and hang out in Tempe.

Our team of technicians dedicated more than two weeks during the holiday season to open and remove a high-security safe weighing nearly a quarter ton. The safe, valued at approximately $3,000, was bolted into concrete and required urgent service. We successfully completed the work with significant time, effort, and resources — incurring over $1,500 in out-of-pocket expenses, in addition to extensive labor, bringing the total cost of the project to $4,400.
Despite this, the manager, Lisa, and her company refused to pay for the completed work. This refusal came even though the safe manufacturer reimbursed them under warranty for the issue. Attempts to escalate the matter were unsuccessful, as communication was cut off and handled in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
This has been one of the most disappointing business experiences we’ve encountered. After providing a complex and urgent service under difficult circumstances, we were met with nonpayment and unprofessional conduct. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

My wife and daughter had ate here a few weeks ago and they know how much I enjoy Bisen burgers 🍔 😋, so today, I took the family to Eureka for this experience. Now, this relatively new structured area near ASU sports complex as well as other surrounding venues are within walking distance. Parking will be a challenge because of this. Customer service from the moment we walked in, seating accommodations, food, to checking out was excellent. Sky (trainer) & Ava (in training) provided excellent service. Food of course was delicious. Nothing personal, the Bison was not as good in comparison to others I have had, however, if I was not comparing, it was very delicious. The cheese 🧀 fries was some of the best I have had. All other meals were also tasty and well deserving of my 5 Stars. Atmosphere is definitely a modern yet contemporary look to the restaurant interior with plenty of seating. Easily a classy place to eat, socialize, & enjoy company. Update: return today (8/31) Food was excellent 👌🏻 😋 Service this time was not the greatest 😒, was kind of slow today, so who knows. Still keeping it a 5 🌟 host was new, however, very pleasant and accommodating, had our usual table ready for our reservation. Brea 😶. Highly recommend the ribeye Philly. Also, these signature cheese fries are amazing.

So disappointed the beet burger was discontinued. We so enjoyed that burger. And now you offer a black bean burger. Like all other mushy tasteless black bean burgers. At least do a Dr. Praeger type California veggie burger. Best bet…. Put that beet burger back on the menu….. Please!!

Something completely different. East valley doesn’t slow down with the awesome selections of restaurants. Eureka steps out with a variety of drinks and food. I got the steak and oh my. Perfect amount for the price. Fish n chips were well above par. Chicken sandwich, bomb spice. Great pleasant dinner. Thank you.

I go here pretty often with friends for happy hours . the vibe is great, the prices are solid, and the drinks are decent. It’s a fun, casual spot to hang out and unwind. However, service can be frustrating sometimes . Last time, we waited over 20 minutes for just two drinks . I still enjoy coming here for the atmosphere and value. Just be ready to be patient!
