I hate to be a “kids these days” but here we are. I just ate the most dry over cooked burger I’ve ever ate in my life. Thankfully it had mayo and mustard otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to swallow it. One of the workers told the person cooking the burgers “hey I think you’re leaving the burgers on too long” and the other guy said “personally I think they taste better like this” absolutely not. If you want a burnt burger that’s fine but cook it the right way for the customers. It took almost 15 minutes for my food to come out just to open the bag to fat fries when I asked for skinny ones. Wanted bbq sauce and they only had one to give me cause “they are out”. Worst 20 dollars I spent on food. Whoever is in charge of checking the reviews really needs to get the employees better training. Awful.

Dry over cooked food, wrong order, and no sense of urgency w orders that took way too long to make. Was not worth the price or wait time. I wouldn’t have fed this too my dog.

Your employees need to be trained on how to work the fountain machine no one there knew how to change out the fountain syrup. Drink with already paid for and they did not know how to do a refund.

My boss took me to fatburger and Buffalo wings on Tatum rd today for life changing lunch i no longer want to eat five guys or whataburger or carls jr this is truly the best burger ice cube is not lieing fatburger is da spot so after i got home from work i had to take my wife to show her so i went to this fatburger first thing i did wrong go to this location Google says is permanently closed and is seriously should be closed permanently they have no adults only children and kids running the store so nothing is clean its all disgusting they dont even know about the fat club punch cards that all real fatburgers have no one wanted to run the grill chilling in the back is more important 1 girl was just walking around talking on her phone so our burgers we got were burnt and over cooked extra dry the patties crumbled into bits and pieces this business was built on simple easy delicious food sucks its full of children that need to be educated on grow up and be a adult this location seriously needs to close its awful and ruins fatburgers name ill be reaching out to corporate to report this location and franchisee management or lake their of i will be going to the wild horse pass location next time hopefully they have class and service thats professional go here for burnt dried out hockey puck burgers and kids that cant adult
I door dashed from this location. I attempted to contact them to resolve and no response so I’ll share my experience here. These are the “chicken tenders” they allowed to leave their store. This entire meal was 60 dollars for 2 burgers, tenders, and three fries- this is what we got. Eat at your own risk and you guys should be ashamed to serve this. By the way this was ordered as soon as this location opened. There’s no excuse really

It's in a gas station, so seating was limited, but the people watching is next level. Burger was HUGE. Great taste. I could not finish a double, it was just too much. No fries, just a burger and water to drink, and it was still to big to finish.

We ordered on grub hub. Fatburger called us and said they didn't have the double XXL burgers and need to reorder this whole meal. After placing another 95$ order again!!!!!! We get the meal 90+ mins later, cold soggy, drink orders wrong! Ugh I hate spending steak house money for fast food and it's trash! We ordered at 955pm and didn't get the food till 1155pm. This place needs to take it self off of delivery. The burger was good...but it was cold!!!! We had a cold burger and soggy fries and paid 95 bucks for 3 ppl. Don't order this place on grubhub! Man what a disappointment
