We ordered on grub hub. Fatburger called us and said they didn't have the double XXL burgers and need to reorder this whole meal. After placing another 95$ order again!!!!!! We get the meal 90+ mins later, cold soggy, drink orders wrong! Ugh I hate spending steak house money for fast food and it's trash! We ordered at 955pm and didn't get the food till 1155pm. This place needs to take it self off of delivery. The burger was good...but it was cold!!!! We had a cold burger and soggy fries and paid 95 bucks for 3 ppl. Don't order this place on grubhub! Man what a disappointment

I don’t believe I’ve ever experienced such lack of urgency or care from 3 people making simple burgers. You won’t get very far very fast by making one order of fries at a time. The burger patties were off the grill at least ten minutes before they even dressed and wrapped them. I can’t imagine what would happen if more than two people walked in to order.

Great service, perfect customer service, staff are lovely, courteous and caring. Food was kinda mid for the price. The shakes are awesome!!!
Came shortly after opening. It was super hot. No foutain drinks were available only bottled drinks with very few options. Could only get skinny fries. We came to fatburger because they had gluten free option for a bun and they had no gf buns. The burgers were burnt.

The neon sign is on. The sign on the door says it opened at 12:00. It’s now 12:30. It’s closed. I called several times, nobody answered. If you are going to change your hours, at least put a sign on the door.

Let me start with no parking at all ... then when you do get to the business finally you walk in to a giant boom box blasting music so load you can't hear anything... on top of that I got a burger ? no mayo ketchup and mustard only said it twice ...the ticket said it as well loan behold mayo ... then I looked at the Chilli fries burnt Chilli and soggy fries.... but wait the there's more the business was dirty. Got my cup tried to get a doctor pepper nothing but water tried regular Pepsi tasted it and it's diet or super flat.... lastly when my order was ready I hear bro ur order.... save urself time and money don't even bother with this business totally a waste of time..
