I really want to love this place because the food itself is actually very good. Unfortunately, the service consistently takes away from the experience. We’ve given it several chances, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been frustrating.
Ordering takes far too long. It’s a Chipotle-style setup where you move down the line, but the pace is incredibly slow. On our most recent visit, it took over 10 minutes just to order for our family of five, with only one person assembling orders while the line kept growing behind us.
On top of that, the portions don’t feel aligned with the price. My son’s build-your-own bowl was barely half full. Even if protein portions are limited for cost reasons, it would make sense to be more generous with rice or vegetables. The kids’ meals were especially disappointing, with very minimal protein and restrictions on veggies if the kids didn’t want dip, which didn’t make much sense.
The food has a lot of potential, but until the service and portioning improve, it’s hard to enjoy the experience.

Came here with my family for dinner. Everyone’s meal was fresh and flavorful. The falafel was cooked to order - hot and delicious. I couldn’t decide what sauces to get so took John’s recommendation and he nailed it. Great service and meal. Will definitely be back!

Love at first bite! The chicken shawarma pita was probably the tastiest I've ever had. I was pleasantly surprised by all the FLAVOR!
