My husband has a stutter he was born with. Sometimes it takes a minute for him to be able to say what he needs to order. The man in the drive thru laughed at us throughout him trying to order. We didn’t finish our order and left. The customer service here is always subpar, but being laughed at for a disability crosses the line. We will never be going back to this location. Trying to call to get ahold of a manager is next to impossible. The employees at this location should be trained on the basics of customer service and how to at least be polite. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any type of fast food or restaurant.

We were glad to find a Filiberto's open late near our hotel. Gigi and I enjoy the good flavor of their Mexican food and generous portions. We split our favorite, a bacon and egg burrito. It's large and tasty. Gigi commented that this location was very clean.

We just moved to AZ and this was our 2nd time at a Filiberto’s. Quesadillas are mostly grease with a super thin layer of cheese so not very satisfying. Bean and cheese burrito was good. We called ahead and asked if they could do some bean and cheese rolled tacos for our daughter who does not eat meat but loves crispy stuff. What we ended up with was some sort of meat mixture inside, no beans or cheese, which was very disappointing. We will try Filiberto’s again but not this location.
