Drinks were good. It's a good place to come for drinks. For how over priced the food is. It's not worth it. The quality isn't good for the price. Would not come back here for the food. Great service though

Everything we ate was phenomenal. Service was Awsome. Oysters, spicy lobster, and fresh pressed drinks and blackberry chocolate mouse were all to die for. So glad we found this place. Defiantly ranging to be regulars.

This place is the bees knees and I would fully recommend it to anyone looking for a classy date night or a swanky get together!
The food was incredible, we had the brie, tuna, oysters, short ribs, and of course the tomahawk! Everything was ON POINT! Service was a bit choppy but the drinks were super delicious and it was a great experience! We WILL definitely be back! Thank you to the chef for coming to the table and adding that special touch! You guys rock!

Service was great, food was pretty good. Was expecting Wren and Wolf vibes but it didn't live up to it. Overall a solid option to try.

My husband took me here for chef’s week to celebrate my birthday. Service was prompt, well informing, and helpful through my indecisiveness. The atmosphere was fun and sheik eclectic, maybe? Drinks were delightful and the food was so delicious! We are originally from a big food city and I was really missing culinary gems that gave you a food experience. This hit the spot and would highly recommend it. Food was full of flavor, balanced, beautifully presented, and the steak just about melted in your mouth 🤤 and that dessert, so fun and a perfect end, not overly rich or heavy! We will be back for sure! Also fyi if you park in the garage, they validate your ticket!

Overall the ambiance is amazing. It’s such a cute place.
Parking was personally a little annoying. There’s street parking on mill or a paid parking garage near the AMC. The restaurant didn’t make it clear if they validate parking or not.
Food was great. Personally, a little overpriced for the amount you receive, but it tasted great. It could be a bit difficult if you’re vegetarian here, but there are options. They tend to be meat/seafood forward.
Service was great. We were well taken care of, sometimes a little to much so. Haha.

The food was not good whatsoever. The oysters were way too overloaded, the medium rare steak was well done (it was medium the second time around), the drinks were meh, and lobster pasta not great at all. For the price, there’s many better places to go to in Phoenix. The service was good and we were given a gift card for the poor quality, but I just can’t recommend this place.

The food was great and the vibe on point! We had lemongrass chicken, Bomba rice and spicy lobster! Of course the milk bread as well. All hit pretty good. I’d highly recommend and the servers are very attentive.

This was my second time at Filthy Animal, and honestly… it might be even better than the first. The New York steak was perfect. I also tried the pork chop, dumplings, and the tuna pineapple ceviche. All three were legit, but the ceviche really surprised me in a good way. Super fresh and really well balanced.
Big props to Adrian, the grill guy, who not only knows his way around fire but has the kind of vibe that makes you want to quit your job and become a line cook. He walked me through the kitchen setup like he was showing off a new car, proud, detailed, and clearly.
Shoutout to our server Kya?? she was super friendly and on it the whole night. Service was smooth, vibe was great, and even though it was packed for a Wednesday night, everything still came out fast and hot.
Overall, just a great experience again. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town.

We enjoyed dinner at Filthy Animal. The menu is creative and good for a group to share. The restaurant is gorgeous, well spaced out, and the open kitchen is cool entertainment. The staff was all very welcoming and accommodating. Our waiter Kenny was fantastic. We spoke with some of the management throughout the night as well, probably one of the more engaged leadership teams I’ve seen, recognizing it’s still a fairly new restaurant. Quite busy on a Wednesday.
Food-wise, we enjoyed the pork chop the most, what is apparently quite a signature item. Moist and flavorful, the fried rice is a good complement along with the longaniza sausage. The oysters were good, the cast iron Brie was delicious (really more of a dessert than a starter). Some portions are small. The bread service with bone marrow was delicious, but only one piece of bread per person seemed light. The same with the potato side, one wedge per person. The tiradito is served in a bowl where the fish looked almost like an afterthought.
Some suggestions - the share plates are really small. Some dishes came without a serving utensil of any kind (but others did). After our mains, new plates and cutlery were set down, but the table needed a wipe down before that, especially since this time a serving piece was placed directly on the dirty table.
We had booked a nightcap at the speakeasy inside, Drop Dead Gorgeous. OpenTable makes this weird because your reservations need to be 2.5 hours apart. The restaurant group should look into a way to pair those reservations. I’ll post separately but the speakeasy is definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful place. Drinks are good. But, it doesn’t fully compare to their older sister restaurant Wren & Wolf. There’s a less friendly vibe here. A touch of the “mean girl” attitude. Which I actually find amusing. And overall the service team is actually very friendly. It’s more of just a vibe. Everyone greeted us and was happy to help. Plus our entrees were delicious. I had the pork chop which has never disappointed. And we shared the baked Brie. Delicious but, needed a little something else. Not sure if the bread was the best choice, as the crust was super hard to bite through and I don’t think it added enough salt to the dish as a whole. My friend loved it—just as it was though. I will go back for sure. Just not as much as I go to W&W.
