I mean atmosphere it’s AZ mills, but they were very quick in taking my order and getting it out, especially since I had a movie to catch! The young man who took my order was very kind and professional too!

Honestly had such a great experience at firehouse subs today all thanks to the manager working. He was super friendly, welcoming, and just had great energy overall. You could tell he actually cared and wasn’t just going through the motions. He made sure my order was perfect and checked in on how everything tasted. 10/10 would recommend if you’re out shopping or stopping by to see a movie!

I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats and it was made in exactly the opposite manner I requested. It's especially odd because I had to write in extra mayo as it is not an option in tge app and my sandwich was completely dry.

The one bright spot is the manager promised to replace it if I was able to go in in person. While that is incredibly inconvenient for me as I do not drive I will give them a chance and if it is made right tomorrow I will change this review.

Maybe firehouse needs to send out a memo to every location around the country to start making sandwiches with their mayonnaise. Wet nasty subs. Everytime. At every single location.

Food just don’t taste good, you can find way better options for less money in the same mall

The meat tasted raw and had an awful smell. The two people that were working offered to make me another sandwich but at that point I wasn’t hungry anymore and just wanted my money back. Firehouse subs has significantly gone down hill with their quality.

Today I went to the firehouse in Arizona mills for the first time, Sonia helped me, she was really friendly and also spoke to me in Spanish

Yesterday I went to eat and SONIA served us, very kind and attentive, I would return again but she would serve me again; Because the young Asian man is very rude, it seems like we are asking him for free food.

The food wasn’t all that great and the Asian manager was very disrespectful and should not be treating customers like that. Would not recommend this place.

Asian manager was very rude to what seemed like a new employee still in training. I myself work in fast food and that’s not how you treat your crew members.
