The meat tasted raw and had an awful smell. The two people that were working offered to make me another sandwich but at that point I wasn’t hungry anymore and just wanted my money back. Firehouse subs has significantly gone down hill with their quality.

Today I went to the firehouse in Arizona mills for the first time, Sonia helped me, she was really friendly and also spoke to me in Spanish

Yesterday I went to eat and SONIA served us, very kind and attentive, I would return again but she would serve me again; Because the young Asian man is very rude, it seems like we are asking him for free food.

The food wasn’t all that great and the Asian manager was very disrespectful and should not be treating customers like that. Would not recommend this place.

Asian manager was very rude to what seemed like a new employee still in training. I myself work in fast food and that’s not how you treat your crew members.

Stopped by here today with my nephew, we really enjoyed their food.

Had my first time having Firehouse Subs here, and it was GOOD. My partner and I split a medium Engineer and a medium Meatball. They were a good size for the price, and honestly so much tastier than the other big name sub shop. The Engineer was delicious with big juicy mushrooms, good seasonings, all that good stuff. The staff was very nice and patient with me and my partner as we were deciding on what we wanted, and the food came in good time.No complaints, nothing but good stuffs c:

The food here is great, the service is terrible. The 3 people working today, 12/26/2023 @ 1:00pm are a very poor representation of the company. 1 person was standing in front of the meat section and was texting for maybe 10 mins. 2 girls left the front to sit in the back behind the door as we were about to order. 1 girl came out, took our order and said the one that was texting would make our sandwich, and then returned to the back. The person texting continued to text for another 3-5 mins, before even starting my sandwich(the bread wasn't even cut yet). Don't blatantly text infront of the customer and make them wait. If you have personal matters, handle it in the back and have someone else cover the front.

Fantastic experience every single time I’ve gone here. They had some sandwiches which I got to eat along with a bunch of my coworkers over at Legoland and Sealife and we were all very appreciative.Keep up the amazing work guys.

Good food

The female employee who asked me what I want was very rude to me. Although I love Firehouse food, I stopped buying from them because of her rude attitudes. Her tone was like as if I was taking free food away. She has been rude to me multiple times and last time she was rude again and I said her "i am not buying from here anymore". I hope the management will take this issue into consideration.

This place is amazing i ordered the new Nashville Brisket and it was so good and filling i would definitly recomend this place i was greeted with a warm and friendly ´Welcome to Firehouse´ by brianna

Horrible horrible horrible! Worst sub I've ever gotten. My meatballs were petrified and tasted like char. Never ever will I come back
