The service was honestly pretty great. It felt like I was talking to someone with an actual soul
Food was fine but the young guys in the front are unhelpful. Food was ready on time but when I asked for details regarding drink sizes (I’m not a regular firehouse consumer so I don’t know) no one answered me and another customer had to help me. I had to ask for a drink carrier and the guy upfront had to remove his AirPods just to hear me. The vibes were just way off. Again, food is fine but the customer service is lacking.
I ordered a few subs for myself and my workers. Italian and spicy meatball. Nice flavor fresh bread. Firehouse is so much better than the other chain. I'm done with that other chain. These guys know how to make great subs.
I usually have to order both a spicy meatball and Italian gotta have both.

We were in the neighborhood after a soccer game and starving since it was so late. They were so fast the sandwich was perfect even my extra toasted and super crispy bacon. If we lived closer this is be my go to location. Shout out to the team.

Nick made my sandwich hastily and efficiently. He greeted me as I walked in and kept a positive attitude. I bought the Jamaican jerk turkey and it came out perfectly. Nick must really know what he’s doin. Great sandwich. Great atmosphere. Great customer service.
