Made a special visit to try a new cajun chicken sandwich was put together little messy. Didn't taste bad at all lots of jalapenos. Cheese was melted nicely quite a bit of chicken. I'm not sure how they got it so tender that was the surprising part. Most chicken you get is quite overcooked and dry this wasn't the case here. The two stars is because it's just too hot maybe some sunscreens on the windows. Get prepared for this hot summer Firehouse subs. But please keep up the great work with your entrepreneurial charity work giving back to the firefighters what a great cause don't forget to donate!!!
Worst sub place I've been to, first time in and I ordered a sub with no dressings, bacon and garlic bread, I was the only one in the sub shop and I didn't get what I ordered
bacon was not on my sub, it had mayo on it which I hate I didn't taste any kind of garlic and it was heated up which made it soggy and cheese all melted. I didn't think I had to check everything before I left the place but I guess so.
$12 for something that was made incorrectly.

They never give us our pickles, and we order extra on the side and on my sub...it makes me very sad.
Came here with my friend to show him how good the sandwiches are here and Vince and Day were so awesome! They were super personable and friendly. As always, the food was also amazing but those guys were equally as amazing. Keep up the good work!

My boyfriend placed an online order at 4:54pm, for a pickup at 5:05pm. He sat there for 20 minutes waiting for his order, and when he finally received his order at 5:25pm, the person who brought it to him (Sydney or Cidney, however you spell it) rolled her eyes and said āhave a good nightā. My boyfriend left and brought the sandwiches home. On our receipt it clearly said NO MAYO NO TOMATO, on one of them. The sandwich was saturated in mayo, had tomatoās on it, plus the food was cold because it had sat there so long (over 20 minutes). We returned to the store to get the sandwiches remade, and the same person (Sydney or cidney or however itās spelled) literally threw a temper tantrum when called out on this. She took off her gloves and threw them down and walked away saying āshe needed to breatheā.
This was unacceptable and weird behavior. Instead of taking responsibility this person acted like a child who was constructively criticized for poor performance, and threw a literal temper tantrum and walked away from the customer.
She claimed I cursed at her, I did not. I simply asked for my food to be remade properly, and not to have someone roll their eyes and give attitude when a simple request is asked. Iām
