Owner or manager was making sandwiches with shorts and sandals on .…
He just had a shitty attitude ..
You know, tough guy .
The employees were trying, but..
Ordered The chili ..🌶️ disgusting,
All hit sombreros or Tom’s barbecue next-door before I patronize this store again. :-)

Way too much sauce. Wet nasty subs. Everytime. At every location

My boyfriend placed an online order at 4:54pm, for a pickup at 5:05pm. He sat there for 20 minutes waiting for his order, and when he finally received his order at 5:25pm, the person who brought it to him (Sydney or Cidney, however you spell it) rolled her eyes and said “have a good night”. My boyfriend left and brought the sandwiches home. On our receipt it clearly said NO MAYO NO TOMATO, on one of them. The sandwich was saturated in mayo, had tomato’s on it, plus the food was cold because it had sat there so long (over 20 minutes). We returned to the store to get the sandwiches remade, and the same person (Sydney or cidney or however it’s spelled) literally threw a temper tantrum when called out on this. She took off her gloves and threw them down and walked away saying “she needed to breathe”.

This was unacceptable and weird behavior. Instead of taking responsibility this person acted like a child who was constructively criticized for poor performance, and threw a literal temper tantrum and walked away from the customer.

She claimed I cursed at her, I did not. I simply asked for my food to be remade properly, and not to have someone roll their eyes and give attitude when a simple request is asked. I’m

3-4 employees and still taking so long!! I wait for almost 40 minutes and still waiting for my food to be ready!!! Im on my lunch break and I’m super late to go back…

I have always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, bread is good, veggie fresh, but the meats are becoming very very scarce. I always enjoyed the meat as well. No longer the meaty sandwiches they use to be. Not worth the increase of price and substandard amount of meat to purchase their subs.

I placed my order on the APP because I was in a time crunch & it said my order would be ready at 1:35pm which I was okay with. When I get there they seemed lost like they didn’t even know my order was in.i didn’t get my order until 1:50pm The girl on the register was nice but the other one seemed frustrated and with an attitude. I really feel they need training in customer service & if an order if going to take longer they should at least update the customer instead of avoiding eye contact. This totally stinks because I love firehouse and I won’t be coming back to this location again.

They did not have large white bread, at 5pm on a friday. My food was handed off to the wrong person, then it took 25 minutes for them to remake 2 sandwiches. After getting home, realized they didn't even toast the subs, or put the proper cheese on the sub with "cheddar" in the name, and the "garlic bread" was 2 uncut raw sub rolls. Possibly the worst food experience of my 44 years of life. I have worked in restaurants for 25 years, and this place is a horribly mismanaged dumpster fire.

9-1-24 Went this evening for some subs and didn't get what was paid for. Both subs were missing the pickle. My side mac and cheese was cold and way undercooked. Was so starchy it was bad. The subs were not very warm either and they seemed to have less in them than what is normal. All of the staff seemed depressed and were not very customer friendly. Was a terrible experience all the way around.

The place had maybe 5 people inside. And it took well over 20 minutes to get our sub. Not just me but seemed like for every customer. For the price of the subs you think we could get better service. It’s not like we get a hour lunch break. 20 minutes and still waiting…..
