This company is amazing, and subscribing to a membership has been one of my best decisions. These meals actually have enough substance and are filling for someone that is a 220 pounds meathead, all with a minimal amount of healthy oils being used. There is a plethora of options in terms of proteins/carbs/veggies, far more than any meal prep service I've seen, and there are multiple pick up options provided as well. I have enjoyed the services so much I have upgraded my membership twice in the last few months. They also provide the best customer service as well, any questions I have had have all been answered quickly and professionally. 10/10 recommend!

Since moving to Arizona from Texas, I’ve tried a few different meal prep companies, including Protein House and some other local services that deliver—but FitChoice Foods is by far the best. The food tastes the best, is cooked the best, and has the best variety of options.
As a medical student studying naturopathic medicine and a former bodybuilding competitor, I’m really particular about what I eat. FitChoice makes it easy to get clean, healthy, and properly portioned meals without the stress of cooking. You can custom-build your own meals (choosing your protein, carbs, and veggies) or pick from their pre-made menu, and either way, the food is always fresh, never bland, and cooked perfectly—which is rare for meal prep services.
They also make ordering super convenient. You can do a one-time order, set up a weekly membership, pick up at a local gym, or have meals delivered to your home or office. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality, healthy food that actually tastes good. Best meal prep service I’ve had since moving here!
