Love this place! My bartender, Riley, was great and gave a great recommendation (the jalapeño margarita was top notch). Amazing burger and skewers. Everything was so flavorful and filling.
Great place for a business lunch. If you’re looking for local, fresh and good it doesn’t get better than this. Definitely coming back my next time through Tempe

I’ve been here twice. The first time I actually left an hour after being seated, but before I ever ordered my food. It was insane to sit there like a forgotten houseplant, and not have anyone take my order. The second time, it was so LOUD in the restaurant I couldn’t wait to leave! My blackened chicken sandwich arrived within a reasonable amount of time but I guess they threw my chicken in the fryer when they started to make all the other orders at my table and pulled it out just before plating because that chicken wasn’t Cajun, it was just deep fried to within an inch of it’s short life. Nothing to see here folks, just a burnt chicken patty in a noisy restaurant where the chances you’ll be spending an afternoon looking for food are pretty high. I definitely won’t try for the trifecta.

I don’t usually order burgers but man am I daydreaming about the burger I got with caramels onions and a pepper sauce this morning. The turmeric latte was good too (they don’t skimp on the turmeric!)

Super cute place and we had a very friendly server, but for a weekday with very few people at the restaurant, the service was unfortunately, incredibly slow. It took about an hour after we ordered to get two of the three meals served (sandwiches and a burger). We waited another ten minutes staring at our sandwiches waiting for our friend to finally get her burger. Tasty, but wouldn’t return if we were on a time crunch.

Very pleasant find by Mission Palms in Tempe. One of the owners is the chef. All was well done. Reasonably priced for quality of the dishes. Service by Brandon was exceptional. Wine list a bit light.

Menu is fairly premium: burgers in the $18-23 range for lunch/dinner items; brunch items $14‐20 roughly.
Never got our food…coffee good, though. We went on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was less than half full. Our coffee came quickly and then we waited over 40 minutes for our food. The patio filled up, but no food was coming out of kitchen. With no communication from wait staff about what was going on in the kitchen, we decided to close out and pick up breakfast burritos on our way home.

Lovely food, nice server. Understaffed at lunchtime with only a server and chef? My concern here is that the music can be very very loud. The server says there are a number of complaints about this, but there's absolutely no way to turn down the music. I've brought friends here a couple of times who loved the place but hated the high volume and said they will not return. Apart from this, I'd give the cafe a perfect 5 all the way.
