Whent through the drive through, I Had a double cheeseburger with everything on it, It was great the onion rings were fresh and hot.

I come here about once a week. The service can be phenomenal, but it can also be non-existent. In a world where most companies no longer concern themselves with customer service, these guys can really shine. I'm going to get the names next time because they deserve mention.

On the other hand, there's days like today. The girl at the window did a good enough job, but this chucklehead dude that gave us the food just extended his arm out the window with the food on top and then just shut the window after I grabbed it. Didn't say a word; no thanks for patronizing the business that pays his wages (however this is all too common nowadays.)

It's too bad you have some employees smudging the good reputation of your store while others strive to stand out.

Also, you need coke products.

Came around the drive thru around 8:30pm. The kid with the braces at the drive thru took my order, my payment, asked if I wanted any sauce and then sat down on a step ladder and started texting… like fully sat down with his face in his phone while everyone around him was working. He took an order while texting and was so absorbed in his phone he didn’t even notice when my food was up.

Thankfully his co-workers who were working were able to hand me my food. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of the sauces I asked for, no napkins and my concrete was almost liquid.

I have compassion for kids who may be working their first job but I won’t be back to this location. Not okay for a $20 bill…
