Fuddruckers on priest and Elliot in Tempe has gone down hill. I have bee. There many times in the past and it has been fine but went today with my son for lunch and it was terrible. Is it under new management or about to go out of business? Nothing was up to the standard of a normal fuddruckers standard. The fries ( see picture) were crinkle cut- as opposed to the normal wedge cut for which fuddruckers has always been known. The beef was poor quality and had been pre cooked ( all well done - no choices allowed). There were minimal soda offerings- they said they were out of coke products and there was no produce- I couldn't even get lettuce and tomato to go in my burger. I would council anyone considering going to either go to a different location or choose a different restaurant. It was very disappointing.

I'm so sad. We are San Antonio, TX natives (where Fudd's started) and have been frequent flyers since then until COVID.Had lunch here today. Restaurant interior pretty much the same but the live plants are dying due to neglect, some of the TVs were off or not working, very few lunch time customers. Hours are only 11a-5p. Quality of food and buns is still strong. Veggies are not quite up to what I remember. Diet Coke taste was "off." No more wedge fries... crinkle cut instead, not nearly as good. No more 1/4-lb burger that suits our senior appetites better than the smallest, 1/3-lb burger. I honestly don't know if this location will be able to remain open and retain customers like us. Again, this makes me sad given our long-time relationship with this business.

Fuddruckers was amazing! The staff are so kind! They gave me a free cookie for waiting in line and they even gave me a free burger and they didn't charge me! The food was just so tasty and the self serve bar filled with veggies was just perfect. One problem, they wouldn't take my money! They didn't even charge me! In conclusion, Fuddruckers is a amazing place for lunch, and there staff are so nice!

This restaurant was impeccably clean. I mean spotless. Someone here cares. The service was excellent. Register person would greet all entrants, even if he was occupied helping another guest. My half pound burger was huge and tasted great. Cooked medium rare like I asked. The condiments station was fresh and spotless. Great experience and I would return. And I recommend. Cheers!

NEVER OPEN . They just updated their hours but then they always have a sign on the door for SOMETHING, "maintenance issues" or short on staff etc. there were literally people with food on the patio when we tried to come in but yet they were closed. Wasting space if you ask me. Just wanted a burger from one of my old favorite places. Would not recommend this location If I could give no stars I would.

Still one of the best burgers. This restaurant is struggling to staff. Hours are now 11-5 Mon-Thu. 11-8 Fri, Sat Sun. There was a sign they want cash only because Sysco is on strike and they need to purchase local from the grocery store. Ypu better Call before going. They might be in business much longer. They were once legendary. Too bad.

Literally never open and I'm super frustrated. Yall change the hours all the time I've tried going at least 6 different times and yall are ALWAYS closed. One day I even drove to the Mesa one because it said it was open and when I got there it was closed. Please open your hours up so I can eat here

One of the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had! This place seems super old school, but I love that! The ranch is also super good with the fries. 10/10. It’s just spendy.

I used love this place but it closes at 5:00 so hard to get to. Also said my gift cards were expired and they got rid of the 1 lb burger.

Limited and changing hours make dining here a challenge... so we no longer do. Sad as it's the best burger in the area, but the only way to have one for dinner is to take it home and reheat it later. NOT how I want to experience my hamburger and fries.
$13 for a chicken tender combo with fries and I only get 2.5 very small pieces of chicken?

Big shoutout to this crew and manager. We have been in there twice in the past few months and this poor crew is so short handed 4 of them total counting the manager. They rock though! Everyone is working together and seamlessly getting the job done! Your doing a fantastic job!

Well, checked web page before inviting out our group of 13 only to find a note taped to door "open only 11-4. Not very accommodating. Workers came out and avoided us. Too bad live the burgers here.

Glad we stopped in for a late lunch. General manager was on the register. He was very short staffed, but it in no way affected anything. Food was good, generous sized portions. It was cooked in a timely manner. Prices reasonable. Restaurant was EXTREMELY clean. EXTREMELY! Condiment area was spotless and full. Veggie bar for the burgers was also spotless and full. Drink machines also spotless and full. Iced tea was fresh,and full! Ice was plentiful. Parking plentiful,easy in and out parking.
