Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soup

Poor service, food was so so to poor, not clean. ALL EMPLOYEES left the building while we were there eating. Wasn't clean, Wasn't well maintained and they were out of several foods.

Vegetarian options: All foods are prepared together, nothing here is strictly vegetarian.

Parking: Parking g lot was DARK, neighborhood was questionable at best. Service went from bad, to non existant.

Kid-friendliness: Do not bring kids, adults or elderly to this place.

Not fresh and not good. Tortillas were not fresh. They were out of green salsa. They were out of bison meat. They were out of ice. Everything tasted bland besides the salsa.

Place was dirty. They were out of a bunch of items. The tortillas were pre-made not fresh made to order as claimed. No ice for drinks. Salsa tasted fermented. Meat tasted like it was under a warmer all day. I probably won't be back.

The enchiladas I had here were absolutely incredible! Employees Mickey and Chris were kind, helpful, and gave great recommendations since it was my first time visiting. I got the lunch special with one beef and potato enchilada in red sauce and one chicken and cornbread enchilada in green sauce, with spinach on the side and sweet tea. The whole meal was delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!

First time visiting here and Chris and Vickie were amazing! They explained the menu, gave their suggestions and were very friendly. I would come back for the service alone. 5 star service!

The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My partner had the 2 enchiladas and a taco with a side of cornbread. The green sauce and gadzooks buttermilk sauce are delicious! Not spicy, just a nice flavor.

Went in last night to get food but the place was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The Shift lead Richelle apologized for the inconvenience and told us the boss Josh has been aware since Thursday. Hopefully it gets fixed soon employees shouldn't have to work in that environment.

It was extremely hot in the dining area, the AC needs to be fixed asap, I am sure this is an uncomfortable work environment, let alone for someone to dine there, please fix the AC ASAP.

My boyfriends regular vegetarian-friendly spot, and I fell in love. Tacos AND enchiladas are amazing. I was incredibly impressed that for as clean and as fast as our food came out, there was only one person running the show. Shout out to miss Vickie holdin down the fort who made our date night incredibly enjoyable. We’re making this our spot?
