Normally great. Waitress didn’t give us much attention and forgot my refill, so I ate with no drink. Drink lady in bar area was not quiet and yelling, making for a subpar experience. Food was hot and great.

Hear me when I say I had so much fun here. Danni, I believe was the manager at the time’s presence was everything. She is so funny, personable and was so good about making sure we had our food/drinks in a timely manner. Come grab you some good food and laughs y’all.

Food was not very good and they didn't serve hot tea, only iced tea. They wouldn't even heat up iced tea. I had to get hot water with a slice of lemon. I won't be back.

this location was disappointing because the garcias on gilbert & university is sooo good always. this location is very nice and has wonderful decor, but the food is not good quality. i did come an hour before close on a friday, but still the food should still be fresher compared to what i received. we only ordered 2 appetizers and a kids meal. one of the apps was just mini chimichangas and they tasted so foul we barely ate any of the food. our waiter saw us once to take our order and to give us the bill they didn’t even question how the meal was considering we declined boxes and had still full portions. even the kids meal was gross because the oil is dirty i got my son mini corn dogs and they were brown. the only good thing was the chips with salsa and beans.

Food and Atmosphere -Great! Service? NOT SO MUCH. Nov 1st, 2024 this happened--- The lack of service far outweighs the good food and atmosphere, unfortunately. Our waitress Carmen was frowning from the start, got us the food and drinks maybe once, then disappeared the entire time me and my friend ate the meal. We waited 30 minutes for her to return, after we finished pretty much, never saw her. I had to ask a host for the bill, which I promptly paid and left a smaller tip for the bad service.
It gets worse. The waitress gave herself +20 dollars to the tip which i found later on my bank statement online. Fraudulent too? Called the manager, got my "tip" back, without an offer of a free meal or even a reduction, of what the original meal cost for the fraud. I can't go back to this location after this mess, or recommend it to others.

Busy for Monday night and one waitress and two hosts. We split an entree getting a Chicken Burrito and Beef Enchilada with rice and pinto beans, which were OK.
