Came to eat outside and was told we could not sit on the patio due to a birthday party on one side. This seems like a horrible way to turn down business and deter other customers.There were plenty of available tables on the other side of patio so this was frustrating for my friend and i who wanted to enjoy the nice weather.

Annoyed that the entire patio was closed off for a birthday party. There were plenty of open tables on the patio that the party was not using and yet we were told we could not sit outside.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Why would you close the patio off to other customers for a birthday party that’s only taking up half of the space ? Super annoying.

We celebrated a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner here & the food & service were wonderful!My Phoenix family eats here often. I had the Shrimp Tacos & they were wonderful!
Picked up food and it was terrible, the sever came to the car never gave me the check just my total which I think was wrong. I was overcharged. I will never pick up food from this place again.
This is a good location for Garcia's. Very nice patio and cozy indoor seating. Chips and salsa come with bean dip, too. I got a combo plate with chicken enchilada and a chili relleno, with pinto beans and rice, all very good. You have to get the fried ice cream for dessertMucho

I come here often for delivery . At least 20+ times !THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAS A WAIT!! Even when it’s slow!!! Why send the order to a driver if I’m just gonna sit there 10/15 mins …. Waste of time .. fix your tablets and actually hire some upfront staff .. always waiting over 5 mins just to be helped !!! Good place with nice staff.. but the movement is SLOW OR NONEXISTENT!!Thanks for wasting my time and money again for I canceled the order after 13 mins of waiting and 7 were waiting without being helped at all … awesome ?

Big group of us dined there. Service was mostly good and very friendly. Everyone liked their meal.Vegetarian options: A few meatless options, and for vegans, almost none. I had a lovely crisp salad, minus the cheese, and tortilla chips which were great, not greasy or too salty.

Came here for my birthday dinner. Very disappointed . The wait for the food was a while and then the Food was cold and soggy. Server was very nice though. But if you love Mexican food I would not recommend coming here.
Food wasnt cooked properly at all. My chimichanga was soggy, rice was overcooked, and they put unnecessary amounts of sauce on it although i asked for it to be dry.

Update: We went back on 02/01 expecting the same good experience. Unfortunately it was the exact opposite... the food was too salty, bland and my friend was sick later that same night throwing up. I threw out my leftovers. Bummer, we're going to try Macayo's again ?Good food, great salsa and tasty margaritas.

A more accurate rating falls just below 2 stars. Food was bland. The cheese was spread on top without being melted. Salsa was good, the bean dip was awful and the tortilla chips were mostly bad. The grilled chicken inside the quesadilla was charred. Interestingly, the side rice and beans and the veggies were good and well cooked. The service was strangely hostile and unwelcoming. The visit was on a weekend night around 7:00 with no wait time.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly

place was extremely clean, didn't have that wierd cleaning chemical smell that you get in most restaurants, for what we ordered price was extremely fair, they serve you big portions, only issue was we waited a bit at the door due to no hostest until we finally go noticed from one of the waitresses, the food was hot, we will definitely be back for a second run ...

You get free chips and salsa when you show up so you don’t even have to wait on an appetizer. The prices were very fair, the specialty drinks were delicious, the food was absolutely delicious (the flautas are my favorite), you get so much food, the desserts are top tier (especially the mini chimis), service was excellent, overall 11/10, will come back very often
