I came here for their lunch menu.
On their menu it says that their lunch hours are until 3pm, but as long as your party is sat before then you can order past 3pm at their lunch prices. This is nice so that you don’t have to be in a rush to finish before a certain time.

The lunch price is cheap, but the food quality for me was not worth it. I’m generally not a picky eater, but there were items that I ordered that I could not eat, just because it was so enjoyable. I ordered the chadol (beef brisket) which was very not good. The samgyupsal (pork belly) was one of the cuts that was inedible I ended up not finishing. The premium steak was okay, and my girlfriend said their shrimp was okay too. I also ordered the bulgogi, but could not finish it as well. After ordering our 2nd round of food my excitement to eat and try more food was gone. I came in with the mindset of stuffing myself with their all you can eat menu, but I was only thinking about how I leave and avoid eating anything that can cause further disappointment. I finished eating before I was even full.

I’m not sure why the chadol tasted so bad for me. I usually order it because it isn’t marinated so it basically tests the quality of the meat that the restaurant chooses to bring in. And the brisket was tough, not juicy, and the flavor was lacking.

Their location and decor are nice, but for me if the food doesn’t taste good, everything else is just a trap to get you in their doors. I cannot recommend that anyone eat here, even for their great lunch price. It’s not even worth it.

Our table was just outside of the kitchen unfortunately the strong smell of cleaning detergents was a bit of a distraction, we arrived at opening so There could potentially be other tables available

Great overall, only issues were that I wish we could make our own dipping sauces like at other places, and their premium wagyu from the premium dinner menu is, I'm sorry, actually pretty awful. It's kind of just thinly sliced fat trimmings, definitely would not get that specific item again. Everything else we got was good though!

I’ve been to KBBQ restaurants everywhere but this was absolutely the worst one. Service was very slow and there were maybe 7 booths with people in it. Our waitress was very slow and would forget items all the time some never even showed up and my family and I were getting irritated. 3 of my family members asked for forks and a gentleman said unfortunately we only have 2 forks at the moment. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! A restaurant that isn’t busy only has 2 forks?? We asked someone else 5 mins later and we got another fork. The food itself doesn’t have any quality either it’s very cheap and they charge way too much for some cheat meat cuts. Also, they were out of rice paper and edamame. These reviews to have a 4 star rating have to be fake. I’ll never be returning here. Couldn’t pay me to eat here again

I think the idea is fun and exciting. I was able to let my son cook some food. Really though the prices are way too high for having to cook it yourself.

My first time here and most of the food was good and others not so much. The Wagyu was really thin and rendered down to almost nothing. The Al Pastor and honey chicken were very tasty. I also liked the taco sampler but a steak knife instead of scissors would be helpful for the short rib. The service and atmosphere was perfect for the occasion.

Worst KBBQ Experience I've Ever Had

I’ve visited other Gen KBBQ locations in the past, and while they were okay, this location is beyond disappointing. First off, we waited over an hour even though our spot in line kept mysteriously getting pushed down. It was frustrating and made us feel like our time was worthless.

When we finally got seated, things only got worse. The service was almost non-existent—it took forever to catch someone’s attention, and when we did, they seemed annoyed and in a rush. The grill quickly turned black from residue, and getting a fresh one felt like pulling teeth. No one bothered to check on it or offer to replace it until we flagged them down multiple times.

On top of that, the food was terrible. Some cuts were flavorless, while others were drenched in marinades that tasted artificial. The side dishes were bland and obviously not well-maintained. The supposed “highlight” of cooking at your table was overshadowed by the slow service and lack of care.

To make matters worse, the music was excessively loud—louder than some nightclubs I’ve been to. It was impossible to have a conversation without shouting.

All in all, this is the absolute worst Korean BBQ experience I’ve ever had. From the absurd wait times and disorganized line system to the awful service, blackened grill, and ear-splitting music, I can’t recommend this location to anyone. Save your time, money, and sanity by going somewhere else!

If you can't accommodate people, just say so. We checked in, they said 50 minutes to an hour. We come back just over an hour later, they said 15 more minutes. Two hours since we checked in and still nothing. They wasted 2 hours of my day and I never even got to eat. They obviously should have started telling people they just can't take any more guests rather than waste everyone's time.

I’ve been here several times over years and have always had a good experience. Today was the complete opposite. After being told it would be 20-30 minute wait I took an hour. We got our 2nd round of meat order the same time as all of our side which took 30 minutes which is crazy. Service was absolutely awful and kept forgetting items we ordered. This negative experience will keep me from returning.
