We enjoyed Genghis Grill. Our food was delicious and our server first rate. It was our first experience, but we were made to feel comfortable with their menu and serving options. The cost was very reasonable and the atmosphere pleasant.

This place is a fantastic vibe & has become a regular place with my boyfriend & I. Our server Cade has great hospitality & made our first experience amazing. Their sauce selection is exceptional. Price is right. Highly recommend for a fun date night around Tempe marketplace

I can't give Genghis Grill 5 stars when they have decided to remove noodles as a base option AND raise the prices as well. For people who don't eat rice, the options are cabbage, have less in your bowl even though you're paying for it, or have your bowl full of rice and noodles that you add at the line. Leaving barely any room for your meats and veggies. Please take recommendations from customers before you decide to change things up. I can't imagine who would enjoy thus change, but the noodles should still be an option as a base. Not an add-in that you use when building the bowl

I have been coming here for years and always love it. I am a little disappointed that the number of available foods on the line is decreasing while the price is increasing. Great for the corporation, I'm sure. Not so good for us. The staff is friendly and helpful, as usual, though, so there's a win.

Prices increased dramatically. Been coming to both locations for years. Regular bowl at lunch time is $18.99. This is $4 more than last time I was here. In addition, the Udon noodles that were a base added by the cooks is now a prep line item which reduces the amount of other items available. Plus the meat area is half the size it used to be. No pork selections a available at all. I can understand price increases but not in addition to food reduction. I won't be returning. I now understand why the Phoenix location closed and many others across their territory. Picture is my $18.99 bowl. Total with a soft drink for lunch? $23.59. Ridiculous...
