Genuine Fresche - Tempe

Love this place! Service can be hit or miss but it’s the best priced açaí bowls on this side of town and they taste amazing! I’ve been to a few other places just to test them out and I always end up coming back to Fresche. The granola is the best and the fruit is fresh and delicious!

This is my go to spot for Acaí. Everything here is very good that I have tried and the service has always been really good. The smooties are my new fixation and the only drawback is they go too fast.

Very disappointed the bowl had 5 spoons of Açaí blend mix, the bowl was filled with granola, strawberries and full of honey so much it had the entire bowl sticky. Paid for goi berries and hot 10 pieces had to dig through the top just to find them. Please save your money and not go there staff is rude when you request a refund..
F/U never got a manager call back after 4 calls or my refund was never issued.

The only “bad” thing that I can say personally, is that this is the first place I ever tried an açaí bowl. I loved it so much I come pretty frequently. However, sometimes I need to go elsewhere for convenience/location purposes. I haven’t had one single place that compares!!! 😫 They have set the tone for my expectations and apparently the bar is HIGH. Anyways I love this place for their açaí bowls 😍😍😍

The fruit is fresh and sweet and the service is fantastic! Jasmine was so patient in helping me choose my bowl and had plenty of recommendations. Definitely visit here for a healthy sweet treat with a side of A+ customer service.

Love love love this place for a meal replacement or just something yummy and fresh to sip on! I personally have fallen in love with the PB and Chocolate Protein Shake and each time I've had it it has always tasted the same as the first time which I really really appreciate. I look forward to trying more items on their menu such as the Chia Seed Pudding and pressed juices! 🩷

Finally made a stop here on my way to work! Customer service is huge for me especially since I want to support small businesses! The young lady working seemed miserable not even an attempt to smile seemed annoyed that I asked a question about the juice. She did give a suggestion and it was okay ! Charged me for a large drink and gave me the smaller one ! For 12.99 I would hope you could get it right. I call and she tells me she has customers she needs to help like I’m not one ! Still waiting on a partial refund since she needed to tell her manager to do it cause she was busy ! I will never return do to such an unpleasant experience all the way around!

The food was awesome, but my order was wrong. We got a pb bowl and a pb smoothie plus an oatmeal bowl. I didn't get the smoothie, and when I told the girl at the counter, all she said was sorry and never made us our smoothie. Just expected us to take what they made. I'm kind of disappointed, but it was really good. My boyfriend wanted the smoothie because he has texture issues.
