I work in downtown Tempe but like to write in my free time. This is an ideal place to spend my lunch doing that and it’s just a five minute walk away. Love the peaceful patio, the waterfall fountain, the coffee and the food. The staff are super friendly as well.

Great little location. I was really hoping for good coffee. But they unfortunately don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to espresso. Undrinkable.
I prefer to support independent businesses but in this case it’s just not a place I recommend if you care about coffee quality.
