What can I say about Graze Craze…. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Every phase. From beginning to ending. From the time I booked them for my daughter’s wedding to day of delivery and set up. Ashley was amazing to work with. And the taste testing. DELICIOUS and educational. Explaining to us what flavor spread goes with what cheesy etc…. I highly recommend them for your next event. Big or small. Doesn’t matter. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I ordered delivery and made some alterations to my order which was unfortunately not fulfilled which was disappointing but it happens. I reached out to the store and the lady working was very nice and took down my info to pass to her manager Ashley to make things right. within a few minutes I received a call from Ashley apologizing and offering to personally remake my order and deliver it to me in whichever way was most convenient for me. I was fine picking it up if needed but...
Ashley is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate us and made our celebration a success. Everyone ate everything on her boards. There was nothing left! She was very professional and always promptly replied. I will be using her services again and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
