Meagan our coordinator was top notch and walked us through the process and provided options to meet our budget. She kept us on schedule with making our required food/beverage/seating selections and made the process easy!On the big day, our catering team arrived on time and provided the most exceptional service from start to finish!! As the Bride, I felt like I had a personal team by my side the whole time making sure everything went as I had planned. Our event coordinator (Wendy) and her team were so attentive to us ( the Bride & Groom) as well as our guest, many of which commented on the exceptionalservice. The team paid attention to the small details , kept the tables clean of empty plates/cups/napkins … and even brought my elderly mother a beverage when they over heard her tell me she needed a refill. Our bartender Tara kept our guest hydrated and the food prepared by chef Ellio was delicious!!!!!Thank you team, for making our event a joyful success.

I come from a family that is big on good food - so when my husband and I were getting ready to marry last December, I was more nervous about the catering than really anything else we were planning for the celebration.We fell in love with the food, but Meagan, our event specialist, is what sealed the deal. We also want to give special thanks to Elizabeth, our personal attendant for the night, who bravely fended off our family and friends to make sure that my husband and I were well cared for.We felt most triumphant when my Mom—a notoriously picky eater, when it comes to the quality of her meal—looked at us from across the reception and gave us a huge thumbs-up.Catering for any special event, especially something like a wedding, is a big spend and naturally can induce a lot of anxiety and stress. I mean it when I say that Heidi's was so worth the investment and we'll be talking about the food and service for years to come.

Heidi’s Events and Catering honestly has some of the best food I’ve ever had. Having them cater our wedding was such an honor! All of our guests absolutely loved the chicken and brisket. The servers were so delightful. They checked up on us to make sure we were okay and attended to last minute dietary needs. The tasting that we attended was so elegant, comfortable and delicious. Heidi's did such an amazing job at our wedding back in December. Jillian and her team were so easy to work with from start to finish. The tastings were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was an easy pick early on because they nailed every dish at our tasting.. and they were also able to accommodate to an Asian-inspired menu that we were looking for. Our guests loved the food.. the sea bass seemed to be a star, just like we knew it would. I have some phenomenal cooks in my family, so I knew it was a homerun when they were telling me how great the fish was. Another highlight was Angie - one of the staff that was designated to taking care of us on wedding night. Always there to get us a refresh on our drinks, making sure we had hors d'oeuvres set aside, and packing to-go food for us.. an absolute rock star! If you're like me and you're worried about a large headcount getting the right cook on proteins, don't fret. Sea bass cooked to perfection and the beef cooked to the most beautiful medium rare - as it should be! And they also did an amazing vegetarian stir-fry. Of all the caterers we tried in AZ (and we tried all the best) they're the only ones that nailed the vegetarian dish. You'd be stupid not to at least book a tasting!

What a wonderful way to celebrate the life of a member of our family. We engaged Heidi's to cater our event. From the beginning to the end, the service and food was top notch. We received expert help and advice in planning our event from Meagan, who also sent a detailed timeline of the day which was followed to the minute. Jessie was our chef of the day, who worked tirelessly throughout the day. He was such an asset to have, both in setting up the displays and food, refreshing food as needed throughout the event, clearing plates during and also at the end. He even returned the floral displays to their places before leaving. His jovial personality and helpful assistance was a delight. We highly recommend Heidi's Events for your next event!
