Went by yesterday and they are now closed, will report to YELP. I writing this review I checked a local MXSW blog: "Citing staffing shortages, the 19-year-old Cantonese restaurant announced its last day will be Wednesday, March 30"

So sad to find out during our first meal there that they are closing at the end of the month, March 30th! Please check them out before they are gone!! Most items are Cantonese style and they have a another menu if you can read Chinese. Take out only. Food was not overly salty or oily which we feel is rare with Chinese restaurants here. We got their yang zhou friend rice, black bean fish fillet, walnut shrimp, and peking duck. So good and pretty authentic! Apparently they have another restaurant in Sun City West that is staying open, where the owners live.

I ordered steamed dumplings (they offer fried as well), steamed white rice, and beef broccoli over the phone. My order was done in 20 mins ( $20+ and I left a tip, kind of pricey). It wasn't large portions either it was in two Chinese takeout containers plus a small box for the dumplings (there were about 6 of them in there). I am glad the beef and broccoli wasn't too large as the beef was as you would expect, it was rubbery (you know what I mean, most Chinese restaurants serve this kind of meat). I did not eat the beef, I just picked them out and ate the broccoli and carrots, they were good. The sauce was very delicious and the carrots and broccoli were cooked perfectly and I mixed in the white rice and was delighted. The dumplings weren't so great, the meat seemed to taste off, I assumed it was spoiled meat (I am speculating), and I could smell the dough it was a displeasing smell. Maybe I will try the fried dumplings next time. Overall, I think it is a cute place, they're only accepting take out orders right now. I think if you order here, stick to the vegetables and rice items if you don't want to be disappointed by the quality of meat they have. I will give them a second chance, maybe earlier in the day, when I showed up it was close to closing.

First time trying this place. Ordered Mongolian beef and shrimp honey walnut. Lunch special was $9.99 with rice and soup. The hot and sour soup was delicious However lukewarm. My Mongolian not spicy as others stated there dishes too spicy? It didn’t have much of a flavor and meat was tough ( think it was round steak) not real good also barely warm. Wish I had a microwave. My husband loved his big shrimps. He didn’t care for mine at all. Waitress very nice and pleasant. Not sure I’ll return

This was our 1st time here. We ordered the Peking duck, taro duck and few more dishes. We devoured the food before we could remember to take any picture.

Food is poor and overpriced. Old lady at counter very rude.

The woman in the front was very rude. The only reason I got food was because I ordered before I came. The place has a funky odor, good thing I was taking my food to go. The food isn't anything to rave about. Wasn't good at all. I will not be eating here again.

My favorite neighborhood Chinese restaurant! Food is consistently good. Our standards are the house fried rice, orange chicken, Kung pao pork, crab puffs, and all the soups, especially the war won ton. Im glad they offered takeout throughout the Covid times. One of our neighborhood family restaurants I'm happy to support.

Update September 2021: Downgrading to 1 star. Wish there is a zero star option. Still VERY rude unless you are a regular Chinese speaking customer. And slow - took 1 hour for 3 dishes. And filthy...Picture attached. They are still displaying the "A" rating on the wall but that is of 2015 and with that dust and uncleanlinesses, I highly doubt the kitchen is any better.

Ok... this place is what I call Duck Heaven. They have authentic Chinese food here. With 4 TYPES OF DUCK! Peking duck, roast duck, crispy skin duck and TARO DUCK! Yes TARO DUCK. You know when you go to dim sum and they have the taro football with minced pork in it. Imagine that same taro fried crust layered over boneless roasted duck. It's magical! The other food was really good too! But the duck mannn. The duck. Check out our video review of this place on Saturday Faturday

Couldn't tell you anything about the food here. Went looking for a buffet and they offered one... until you get there and find out it is take out only. They apologized for the inconvenience, by sign, on the door. I apologized for not eating lunch there, by whispering it as I turned around to leave.

General tso chicken was not good at all. Not sure it was even chicken. My wife's chicken fried rice was clearly yesterday's. Avoid
