I love the fact that they had three different flavors of hummus! And the rice was amazing. I think I was a little sad that they did not have babaganoush or Dolmas. But the employee was amazing and we did enjoy what we ordered.

Food truck food was gross didn’t come with the vegetables advertised etc. gross don’t waste a meal on this. Saw so many full plates of their food in the trash lol.

I didn't go to the truck but the brick and mortar shop. Small, counter service restaurant with a good handful of tables. Solid food and big portions for the price in my opinion. I had the falafel pita. The falafel was decent but the veggies were the star. Be prepared to build-your-own whatever. There is no standard pita or bowl so they will ask exactly what you want in it down to the various sauces.

This was our spot a few years ago. Today we were there (10/25) in the evening. No one else was there, completely empty. I think the 2 workers were busy doing other things as we waited a few minutes at the counter to see if they were still opened. We checked and it said until 8pm. Server had to take his ear buds out to help us. Gross. Not friendly, but not to say he was rude— but he was just there waiting on us to pick, not engaging with us at all.
After all that, we sat down to eat and as we were eating I saw him making food with no gloves, touching his nose, phone and ear buds. Very gross. I hope the food was for him or his friend/coworker. After this, I think it’s time to find a new spot.
Food: was way off today. Bean salad beans were not tender but a little crunchy. Falafel had big pieces of chickpeas that made it unpleasant to eat . Hummus was suuuupppper thick and not what we were expecting either.
$30 including tip for just two bowls— ??
Service: Needs improvements. Engage with customers. Welcome us. Tell us to come back. We ordered bowls and I didn’t know what came with the bowl, like I mentioned he just stood there, it would’ve been nice if there was better hospitality.
Atmosphere: there was none other than the middle eastern music. Though the tables were nice.
*****Please retrain employees about the importance of hygiene, especially with all the food borne illnesses going around lately.

My complex treated us to this amazing food today and let me tell you, the food is wonderful. Colorful and full of flavor. I’ve never heard of this truck until this evening but I would certainly recommend to all my friends. 5 stars, all day.
Amazing food, service and Atmosphere. Hummus Xpress has been a family and office favorite. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel like family. Don't forget to check out their food truck. you will not be disappointed!!!

Man this place is the best. A Tempe staple. Every option and you can’t go wrong with a single one, everything is made fresh constantly. Nothing premade, it’s really high quality, real food. It’s always been owner operated and you can tell by the consistency over the years. My favorite is usually the eggplant but the owner had me try some different options and it reminded me how much I love this place all over again.
