I have been eating Ikes from quite sometime and generally love it. I visited with my family on 12/18 at around 8:45 PM. The service and quality of food was pathetic due to end time rush. First, They forgot a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. They were not packed well. The sandwiches were not marked. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked to which we were answered its Ike’s policy. If they cannot do the right work they need to stop working. I ordered 6 sandwiches and one sticks. Very substandard service. The guy and the girl at the counter spoiled holiday dinner time for family

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. The guy in snoopy 24 shirt took a long time to help us at the register. When my friend ask for water, he refuse to provide water cup and express aggression. Was extremely shocked with his demeanor. When he drop off the food at our table he didn’t even look at us or say anything. BAD SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You know, I’ve had the good sandwiches and I’ve had the bad ones. But I’ve never had the messiest ones that this place has. And I think it’s a good thing. Messy and juicy goodness.
Since is hard to reach perfection, I have a recommendation to add a little salt on a tomato or avocado when added to a sandwich, makes it better :)

I placed a large lunch order (16 people plus extra in case others showed up unannounced) for a Business Meeting for today. I placed the order over a week ago. My order was confirmed. My boss just called me to say Lunch had not arrived yet. I got EZ cater to call Ikes to see where my order is and was told that they "Forgot" my order. They said they could make my order and get it to my bosses meeting in about 2 hours and offered 15% discount! NO THANK YOU! 15% ARE YOU SO FOR REAL! Ain't no way you are getting my business after this!
Update - Ikes reached out to "sort it out". Unfortunately the group meeting has come and gone and this can't be fixed after the fact! I was left at 12pm scrambling to find food for 16+ people.
