We went here for lunch on a Saturday. The people working there are nice but they seem to be understaffed and we saw a lot of issues. Even though the lines were long, there was only 1 person checking people out. They ran out of coffee/tea mugs so more had to be brought in. There were also 2 issues at the checkout area: There IKEA famiily card scanner was not working and they could not take cash. While my food was fine, the inside of my wife's swedish meatballs were cold.

The food used to be pretty good, but now it's just meh. The meatballs are still good but the chicken fingers were dry, the fries were average, and the mac-n-cheese was flavorless. We got a half dozen cinnamon rolls and they didn't heat them up anymore.

We have always been a big fan of Ikea Swedish meatballs and anytime we are shopping there stopping at the restaurant is a given for us. The restaurant is a great value you can get a Swedish meatball entree for $4.29 which is served with peas and mashed potatoes. The restaurant is cafeteria style serving delicious Swedish inspired dishes, and at that price we decided to take home a couple of entrees to enjoy later.

The swedish restaurant manager on duty on Valentine's Day between 1900 hours to close, said he accidentally voided my food purchase instead of do a partial refund and that I would see a refund since I paid with card.
I decided to check my credit card activity on 2/20 and did not see the supposed "refund". I am very disappointed.
