The food at this In-N-Out was, without a doubt, a perfect 5/5. The burgers were fresh, and the fries were hot—exactly what you'd expect from a California classic.
However, the experience took a turn for the worse thanks to a couple of customers. My cousin, who has a disability, accidentally dropped a receipt.
Before we could even react, a man started yelling and threatening to fight me over it. It was a completely unprovoked and unnecessary confrontation that soured an otherwise great meal.
While the incident doesn't reflect on the restaurant's quality, it shows that even the best food can't fix a bad atmosphere.

I can see why this place gets all the positive reviews. For young college students, the prices are very reasonable and the service fast. It is a fast food restaurant so I am glad to see that the prices reflect what it is. Tiny burgers with a very thin patty, crowded busy and loud facilities. Again, I am sure that what I consider a negative, the younger generation considers a positive! The burgers are decent and the fountain drinks, especially the lemonade was pretty good. Next time I will order a take away.
