Insomnia Cookies

My experience here was amazing I absolutely love this store!

Way overpriced!

Cookies are so small.

Ice cream was good though.

No space to hang out either.

No nondairy options.

(This is for both a December 2025 and February 2026 orders) I live in NC and placed an order for a birthday treat for my son who just moved to Tempe for a job in October. The staff was very accommodating and nice so much, I just reordered, another box for a Valentine treat for him. He probably will die knowing I'm giving this information out. Even though it is a little on the expensive side (but worth it) I'm glad we have this option so we can treat him every once in a while. The one thing my adult kids loved as a child was freshly baked homemade cookies. Also, I places an order for my two adult daughter's in Raleigh and Charlotte NC for Valentines treats.

They always open late and are always out of damn cookies!!!!

Completely unacceptable. My order took over two hours to be delivered, and the store showed zero urgency or accountability. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and indifferent, which only made an already bad situation worse.

What makes this inexcusable is that this delay disappointed my children, who were expecting a snack before bed and ended up going without because of the store’s incompetence. That’s not just bad service — that’s a complete lack of care.

I will never order directly from this store again. If I ever order from here in the future, it will only be through a third-party delivery service, because dealing with the store itself was a mistake.

Keilani and Veronica were incredibly kind, they were very helpful and kind. The place was very clean. 5 stars deserved.

Cookies definitely taste good, didn't try ice cream .. was disappointed that the cookies weren't all big (considering the price, felt a bit cheated) .. Service was just ok, should have asked if I'd ever been there before and offer some guidance and knowledge about the menu .. bought cookies as gift and they were well received. If I go again, I think I'll try the other location .. maybe service will be better.

Not my fav but not their fault

Live this late night place! Drive all the way to Tempe for their ice cream sandwiches. Tried it with a deluxe chocolate chip cookie and it was amazing. Cookie was warm and gooey.

Out of almost everything, probably 80% of the items were not available.

No sense of urgency for the delivery drivers. Stuff was ready and o still had to wait over 10 min. Unacceptable
