Insomnia Cookies

Just got my first order from insomnia and it was... Not good. Took an hour to deliver and the cookies weren't warm like advertised and I asked the driver where my ice cream was at and he told me it must be in the cookie box with the cookies staring at his phone and walked away. Not good experience

great cookies not so great workers, baking time, and customer service. ordered TWO cookies at 10:50 and haven’t gotten them till 12:20 which is very unlikely and just unprofessional. could’ve honestly went to the store and got cookie dough and baked them by the time they even picked up my order. hope you guys do better in the future.

I've had these cookies before and they taste great. The delivery leaves a lot to be desired-I've been waiting over an hour for 6 cookies to be delivered, when I called them 30 minutes in they informed me that they had one delivery driver with 2 orders ahead of mine (despite the order tracking never updating to indicate that). At best it's a glitch with insomnias app, at worst it's an indication of poor staffing and unattainable metrics they are held to.

Wanted to try insomnia cookies for the first time got the 6 pack deluxe and when I got home I opened the boxed and 3 out of 4 cookies were half the size kinda disappointing for $25

Pretty bad service, left my family’s order just sitting out. When I called no one really cared that we paid already they just shrugged it off. Hoping they do the right thing and refund but per the phone call won’t hold my breath

edit: they have still not refunded or responded at all, simply they don’t care

Someone in management needs to retrain two employees at this place. I heard a lady yelling in the back and it sounded very condescending. She came up to the front and she looked very young. A white guy was following her all around. The young lady was glaring at me the whole time i was trying to get an order from the guy. The guy employee was also all over her??? Not very happy with this experience. Will not be coming back. I just wanted my cookie.

Prices are a bit on the higher side for cookies, but considering the late-night convenience and quality, it’s worth it if you're craving something sweet. Service was friendly, and the staff kept the line moving efficiently.

The cookies were okay, but they were nothing special. My sister and I woke up with the worst stomach pains we have ever had because of these cookies! And the customer service was not very great either.
