FYI We went to ITea and found out that it was “temporarily closed due to kitchen remodel”. No reopening date was provided.
Had the strawberry fruit tea. It tasted very artificial and the boba was the worst I've ever tasted. The drink was just artificial strawberry syrup no tea (or if there was I couldn't taste any).

I was here on a Wednesday evening around 9:30pm to give into my emergency boba craving to help with my headache.
I ordered no sugar peach green tea which comes with popping boba but I decided to get it replaced by the traditional one instead. The tea tasted refreshing however the boba was too chewy and tough than what I’m used to.
Overall a decent place that’s open late but there are many other places that serve good textured boba for the price so I’ll unfortunately give this place a miss.

I went there for a a calamari, it used to.be good but now they just reheat it is why all the batter was burnt and fallen off the calamari tasted like cardboard and chewy every cooks knows that you don't reheat seafood specially squid.
The front doesn't know what to say nor say sorry but say it's not our fault it's the cook.
They serve it! They should have not serve it. And apologize or offer to remake it. Instead they just argue that's it's not their fault.

I had the mango fruit tea and truthfully it was bussin. One of the employees helped me decide which drink I should get and was super helpful. They had cool music playing like BTS which created a nice environment. I recommend giving it a try! ? ?

I got 2 matcha boba and wings . The wings tasted like it was rotten already . Ewww. As for the matcha, they gave it to me with red beans rather & that was disgusting cause I didn’t ask for it . Instead of changing it to what I had asked , I was forced to purchase extra ones rather . Total mess . I don’t see myself returning because I was truly dissapointed with it all

I love the boba here! So yummmyyy ^v^ :P
Best boba I've ever had!
My girlfriend really likes the Matcha Redbean frosty they have. She lives in Tucson and there aren't any boba places with the same toppings so she's always looking forward to visiting over here and getting it

One of the more affordable boba spots compared to surrounding shops. I would say their milk teas are the go to as opposed to the fruit teas. Try out their takoyaki while you’re there!
The space is pretty small, and staff is kind. Sometimes their team is a bit distracted but it’s never an issue

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered online. Showed up 20 min later and they didnt even make the drink yet. Itd be understandable if the restaurant was busy but i was the only one in the shop. They were out of mango popping boba. The week before they were out of regular boba. However, the mango frosty drink is the bomb and even better when they have the mango boba.

Closed for food 30 mins early
My brother and I came in to get some drinks and I don’t think this will be our new go-to spot like we thought. The store was insanely hot with a very long wait for 3 drinks and 2 other people in the store. I ordered milk tea with boba and there was none in the drink. My brothers tea also had none, as well as our friends drink. The drinks tasted fine, but definitely more like a powder than most places.
Overall there weren’t a lot of redeeming factors, but the staff seemed nice, just a bit quiet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE.This place has been a favorite of mine for YEARSS. One of the best boba spots in the Phoenix metro area, no question. The popcorn chicken- amazing. However, the service definitely lacks. When I ask a question about a menu item, I feel like I am bothering them. They were out of a lot of menu items, including regular honey boba, the last time I went. A little odd but I didn't think too much about it. I went the other day about 30 minutes before close, and was told that they were no longer taking orders, despite it clearly being a busy night for them still. I have worked customer service and coffee and did not understand this. Closing 10 minutes early- sure. 15 minutes early- sure. 20 minutes early- ok, I suppose. But 30 minutes? When you are clearly still consistently getting customers? I don't know about that. This place is great but it has so much more potential and can clearly be improved on the customer service front. In the meantime if you go to this spot, just don't go 30 minutes before close.
