Tried to enter at 6:05 on Saturday morning October 11th and the dude working there said the lobby is closed even though it was raining outside. Said I could order at the walk up window. Nope going somewhere else to eat inside out the rain.

Yeah, I’m not sure who they’re used to dealing with but I walked into the window. I was being nice. I knocked a trying to get a cup of coffee, but I realize that the drive-through is open 24 hours a day but they have a walk up window and the employees that were in there were like just sitting there ignoring me so I couldn’t even purchase a cup of coffee and had to walk somewhere else when they were on break I don’t know, but you know to be ignored when I’m a paying customerI do that’s pretty rude tapped on the window and I got nothing

It seems they are a little understaffed tonight but Caesar is by far the best employee that's ever been in that building dealing with the flawed system and drunk people. He did what he could too bad he didn't have a good team behind him

Stay away!!! The worst place in Tempe. The food is cold, old, oily, watered-down Coke, the place is dirty, a mess, and there's no one in charge.

Just had a great experience with Zack this morning! He was friendly and personable and really made me feel welcomed in the restaurant. I am glad there are still young people who take pride in their work! The tacos were on point as well.
