Just had a great experience with Zack this morning! He was friendly and personable and really made me feel welcomed in the restaurant. I am glad there are still young people who take pride in their work! The tacos were on point as well.

Got towed less than 10 minutes when to boba across the street and came back to jack in the box to eat ☹️ they will tow their own customers. I caught the guy trying towing my car and he told me to pay $120 in cash right then and there but my car wasn’t on the towing machine he definitely took advantage of me. It’s disgusting how you park here to eat at jack and still get towed. May 28 2025 around 8:20 pm. If you want to eat here just go to a different jack in the box or drive Thu because they WILL TOW YOU EVEN IF YOU EAT HERE

I order 2 tacos they were burt also order egg rolls and they did not have the sauce. I needed napkins and they did not have any. Overall the experience was terrible.

Just waited over 40 minutes for a dasher, ended up canceling because he was still waiting on the order at the store for 40 minutes. I feel terrible for the dasher and hope he/she can make up the time. As for the store, management needs to come in and take a good long look at what the hell is happening. There are too many recent bad reviews and there’s absolutely a reason for that.

At 7:30 am if your luck enough to get the manager to take your order plan on waiting 7+ minutes for your food. Awful business. Management needs to change along with the addition of AM employees.

Hours need to be changed as this is not 24 hours. Just tried to go there and doors were locked and chairs were still upside down on the tables.

Went through the drive through one time and they had me physically back up so the timer in the ground would go off. The service is terrible and they need to hire some better employees. Went in today to just grab some drinks and the soda machine is broken, and so after we told them it needs a code, they asked what we wanted to drink, took it back to fill it themselves and it took about 10 minutes to get the DIET COKES.

Dirty everywhere, guy served my food on spilled pop. Tables, floors, cutlery area, all filthy. Chicken sandwich tasted bad, I ate the outside edge, garbage the rest. This type of thing means the staff have given up, and if they gave up, so have I. Better options for sure, but dropped in when I was feeling nostalgic. Ruined my memories!
