Had a long evening and needed food. Thankfully my daughter's food wasn't as terrible. My fries went straight into the garbage... they definitely had been sitting out for a long while. They were barely warm and stale. My burger was so sloppy, drowning in mayo and ketchup. I haven't been to this location in a while and it was a pretty gross experience.

I'm not sure why the worker decided to walk away and leave my hand hanging after she made eye contact. I ordered 4 tacos and a shake. Anyways, she asked me to pull forward. No one behind me and I waited 15 minutes? Very confused about th wait with no one inside and it's just tacos really plus they were cold.

I placed an online order through your app specifically for drive thru pickup to save time after a long workday. When I arrived, the staff told me I had to come inside even though my app clearly indicated drive-thru was the correct pickup method. I got out of my car, only to find the doors locked, and had to wait for someone to open them. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I expect better communication and consistency from a service that’s supposed to make things easier, not harder.

No working Drink machine and the app doesn't let you put no ice, place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while too when I went in to pick up my order. Food does taste ok but it's jack in the box.

The short Mexican lady that wears glasses working at 4:34 am doesn't speak English and even if you tell her you don't understand Spanish she will still keep talking in Spanish She is so weird she made me move my car backwards in the drive-thru well I waited for my food and she was not even at the window
