The short Mexican lady that wears glasses working at 4:34 am doesn't speak English and even if you tell her you don't understand Spanish she will still keep talking in Spanish She is so weird she made me move my car backwards in the drive-thru well I waited for my food and she was not even at the window

I went in Friday afternoon for a meal, I was helped by a girl in the drive thru I believe her name was Susy. She was very kind and had great customer service. She went over new items on Menu and helped me made a good choice after I was undecided on what to order . will definitely come back to this location thanks to her !

Just to inform management that your store system consistently goes down every day between 3 AM and 4 AM. During this time,your counter lady is unable to take orders for an entire hour, resulting in a significant loss of business as your location remains empty. Each morning, our group of five customers attempts to place orders, but they are turned away due to the system issues. Could you please investigate and ensure everything is functioning properly at the restaurant? please check why this lady don’t take order between 3 am to 4 am everyday.Thank you.

Staff were nice, food we were dissatisfied. Ordered tacos (6) and jalapeño poppers , tacos tasted like they were sitting for some time, stale, with just meat and lettuce. If you don’t have all the appropriate ingredients I wouldn’t waste other people’s money by selling no fresh tacos expecting ALL that comes on it. The poppers were decent but disappointed the tacos were supposed to be the main course and killed the appetite. Didn’t finish them and trash them instead.
I was over charged for French fries, I ordered a value fry, but was given a regular fry with the same amount of fries that you would get in a value fry and they were cold. It took forever to get my order 😔

This is for THIS location. I'm a big Jack fan, so this isn't likely to determine me overall, but there's something wrong with this location. Take notes, Jack.
They attach a bag of trash to a long pole and hang it out the know to prevent you from driving up and activating their timer. Our fresh and my Cluck sandwich were stale - those had been out of date for awhile- very gross. I could not understand a single word from anyone, which made the wrong order over and over less surprising. Got the munchies meal, and they kept trying not to give us a drink with it...
Management needs to clean up a bit here.

Food is good but don't rely on this location at night if you don't have a car. Drive through is 24 hours, but the physical location is supposed to be open until at least 9:30pm. They'll lock it up at 8pm and not let you in, I've paid for two meals by mobile order before and when I went to go pick it up the store was closed extremely early. Their in-store hours are on the jack in the box website and there's a clear sign on the door that says 6:00am-10pm. They never follow that sign.

Ate half my sandwich and then found mold on my stuff. So yeah I'm kinda done with this place. Then the manager on duty tried to argue with me as I'm so showing her my food.
