Hi, I was just here and ordered a number 19 - 3 piece and got a chicken nugget meal instead and a seemingly irritated drive thru worker. Don’t be irritated and dismiss others and also mess up their order.

I very sensitive with people touching my food. I got food poisoning 2x because the pass the law of employee doesn't have to ware gloves when preparing your food. I have seen employees scratching themselves and touching their hair and then go preparing food without even washing hands so to avoid any more food poisoning I just don't go.

Food is typical fast food. Does a good bunless burger. Points for serving Coke Zero. Great option for late nights, very early mornings. Open 24 hrs.

Play totally messed up my order I forgot my vanilla shake I forgot one french fry I forgot my tiny tacos I rarely went back once then had to go back again I left the receipt at the house and the lady already knew I ordered it this is ridiculous maybe she wasn't so distracted being on the phone she would have messed my order up

Jack in the Box knows how to make great-tasting food for a reasonable price. Whether you have the munchies or are hungry as a bear, they'll have something you'll like. I love their crunchy tacos and tiny tacos. Just avoid the one in downtown Tempe because they take forever in the drive thru.
Its jacks can you really good wrong ? Quick tip always order the fries with breakfast they come out hot and good

Update: I received a call and was offered a replacement meal. Told go in and provide my name when I was next nearby. Go back to be told by the manager who makes those calls that I was lying. She didn't have a record of calling me, but was going to give it to me anyways... I did have the record and shared it with her. Nobody gave me anything except discrimination and hassle. I ordered a lesser meal than my first by the way, while you made me wait 5 minutes to confirm that you couldn't find the call it took me moments to find without having the number provided to me. I double down on my original statement. AVOID HERE
This jack in the box is trash and Corporate should know that they don't hand out receipts so you can't give pointed feedback. How my food came out the window cold I'll not understand. My bread was hard like a rock on my sandwich and the fries were hours old and hadn't even been under a heat lamp. Fire them all and start over. They couldn't even get my order right at the drive thru it took forever and me yelling for them to get it. AVOID HERE
