Update: I received a call and was offered a replacement meal. Told go in and provide my name when I was next nearby. Go back to be told by the manager who makes those calls that I was lying. She didn't have a record of calling me, but was going to give it to me anyways... I did have the record and shared it with her. Nobody gave me anything except discrimination and hassle. I ordered a lesser meal than my first by the way, while you made me wait 5 minutes to confirm that you couldn't find the call it took me moments to find without having the number provided to me. I double down on my original statement.

This jack in the box is trash and Corporate should know that they don't hand out receipts so you can't give pointed feedback. How my food came out the window cold I'll not understand. My bread was hard like a rock on my sandwich and the fries were hours old and hadn't even been under a heat lamp. Fire them all and start over. They couldn't even get my order right at the drive thru it took forever and me yelling for them to get it.

Just got home to find the 2 tacos i ordered were missing . the soda syrup carbonation ratio was all seltzer and i also never got a reciept.

I just use the drive thru, but the people are always nice/helpful and I never have to wait long (even if there is a longer line). The food is always correct when I make a change to something and I've never had a problem.
