I came in the morning before work on February 19th and I had to use the bathroom real bad and after I did that I was gonna order me a meal how I alway start my mornings off and they had terrible customer service he was disgustingly rude I think it was a manager he told me no I have to order first I told him I was after I just had to uses the bathroom bad he told me it’s for customer only and I could go to the fry’s with bad attitude I’d never seen customer service like it it’s horrible. Shaking his head at me swiping his hands signing no and just terrible attitude would never recommend.

On the door it says Lobby is open till 10:00 p.m. I was there a little bit before 9:00 p.m. an hour before they're supposed to lock the door the door is locked and nobody will even answer the phone if the times are posted on the door is the door supposed to be unlock during normal business hours like it states on the door

Drink machine nearly broken. Out of most sodas, no sugar free options (im type 2) and it came out warm no ice. Food was hot at least.

My bus stop to go home is right in front of this Jack in the box. So I make quite a few stops here before going home. And each and Everytime I have had nothing but pleasant greetings and good service here. I left my glasses at work once and the girls at the front counter even helped me read the menu. Such awesome employees always willing to go above and beyond their call of duties. 5 stars.

We got the $13 munchy meal with tacos curly fries and the burger my boyfriend loved everything the only small m in or complaint would be the fries they seemed reheated instead of on the fresher side

I was in the drive through and some grease dripped on my windshield from the roof..? I used my windshield wipers and now it’s spread across my entire windshield with a tar-like texture.
